This firm installed the well in a house I purchased in 2020. I needed some service and called 7 times and left messages with their message service over 5 month period. Also requested contact via their website. No response.

I am a hard person to please (look at my other reviews), but I have been blown away by the way Gary has taken care of me and my family. We just built a home and are having to deal with what seems like a hundred different people that are part of the project. BY FAR, Gary stands out as the easiest one to deal with. Answers my calls, explains things to me, gives me advice I can trust, etc. It is actually a pleasure dealing with him, and nothing has been pleasant about this build. If you need a well, or have one that needs attention, you would be an IDIOT if you called anyone else.

Our family has had well issues since we moved into our new home 3 years ago. Our well pump quit 8 weeks ago and our family have been without water since. Anderson Drilling is top notch. Gary from Anderson helped us from start through finish on every detail of our well that needed to be upgraded, water treatment system added and a storage tank installed. I highly recommend this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs well work, drilling, treatment system or storage tank. They actually made me say ""wow"", and that doesn't happen very often. They are awesome!

I had no prior experience drilling a well and had a lot of questions about the costs, the process, equipment and the timeline. Anderson drilling took the time to answer them accurately and I felt like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The estimate was spot on with all expenses broken down for maximum transparency. Each time I called thereafter, someone picked up right away or I was called back shortly. I never felt like I was being hurried or that my questions were annoying. It was easy to trust them after the first few conversations.

I met them on site to go over the details and to plan the project. When the time came to drill, Anderson drilling was on time, and did exactly what they said they would do within the price they estimated.

A few months later when it came time to install the tank and controller, they were responsive, fast and very professional. I would definitely recommend Anderson Drilling!

BE WARY!! If you want good service (and by ""good service"" I mean responsibility and follow-thru) then consider someone else. My well kept tripping offline so they replaced the control box--didn't fix the problem. They they replaced the wiring to the pump--didn't fix the problem. Finally...they replaced the pump--IT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM!! I accepted that fact that my 12 year old pump needed replacing anyway so I paid them. In retrospect I was too nice. My primary complaint is that they took no responsibility for their mis-diagnosis and fixed nothing. Sure I got a new system from my control box to my pump but it was money I didn't have to spend. In addition, I have had to repeatedly ask for my old (possibly working) pump back--with promises that they will bench test it for me--but I still haven't gotten it back and it's been about two months. He always tells me ""...I've been busy."". They're not the only ones that are too busy...it doesn't take me two months to drop something off just a few miles away. They shouldn't be in the business if they can't do it right and deliver on their promises. I'm going to pick up the pump myself.
