Guys that came to my house we're pushy to make a sale... which to replace a simple part was more than twice the amount of the actual part. I refuse to spend $250 for them unscrewing a few screws and connecting a few wires. And when I told them no they went from almost polite to defensive and pushy. I wasn't at my house because I was at work and my Mom was nice enough to let them in. Come to find out after I, the homeowner, said no multiple times they tried to get my Mom to say yes for me. My favorite part is when they took out my filter and didn't put it back in and didn't even bother telling me. It was truly a joyous encounter....as is the $70 bill for ""diagnostics"" they tell you about AFTER the diagnosing.

Finally, our rent house heating system..heat/water/pump...seems to be working correctly. Has been quite an ordeal for several days. Between Kelly, Jesse, and Cameron, they got it up and running as supposed to be. Has been some after hours for these guys, but it's what they do. We, and the renters, sure are most appreciative. Thanks folks. Well done.
