We got a nail in our tire while passing through Custer on a cross-country road trip with three kids. The first place we went to said they couldn't fix it and then we tried Anderson. He told us no problem and took the car in right away. We were so thankful for the prompt and kind service, and that we didn't have to spend all day waiting. The patched tire held up no problem for the rest of our trip. Thank you so much for your kindness and great service!!!

We took our SUV in for our snow tires to be put on. While we were there, we wanted to inquire about buying tires for another car. We didn't have a chance to finish our sentence, before Rhonda started yelling about how busy they were and what did we think that we could just come in there and expect help. WOW! We just were inquiring about a future date - not demanding immediate service. Never again. So incredibly rude. Won't go there again.

We were hiking high up in Custer state park. Accidentally locked our keys in the car. Called the ranger they told us to call these guys. We called and they said they'd be there in 60 minutes. After waiting almost two hours with 4 thirsty, hot kids and multiple phone calls going straight to voicemail, I didn't have a choice. The area was deserted and it would be dark soon. We had to break out our car window to get the keys. Now we get to enjoy a 10 hour drive home with a missing window plus having to pay for a new one. I can't believe they left our family stranded. You would have thought they'd wanted the $200 they quoted me to come out and open my car. Apparently they enjoyed knowing we'd be sitting there for hours until we gave up.
