We were in the process of selling our house, the new buyers were doing a final walk-though when they discovered that the AC has stopped working, ugh- go figure. Shonna provided the world's best customer service in getting service to us on the same day. Tom Anderson, the owner, personally completed the work. It was quick (actually unexpected) as they treated our ""emergency"" as if it were their own, and the price was extremely fair. Anderson Air and Mechanical has been servicing our HVAC for many years now. Trustworthy and efficient service of this caliber is not a frequent experience these days. I cannot express my appreciation enough- awesome!

I have been with Anderson Air for more than 10 years; and have always been treated well. Within the past 10 days I replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit. I called Tom and received a fair estimate; and both units were replaced in one day. The technicians were courteous; very efficient; and answered any questions or concerns I expressed. They cleaned my furnace area and yard as they worked; so I had nothing to clean up. I am very pleased to recommend this company to others.

I have been a customer of Anderson Air for 9 years. They replaced my unit at a former house during the hottest days in August. They were quick as they understood going without AC in the summer is not an option. At my current house they have worked on my units a couple of times. Every tech they've sent has been very friendly and thorough, taking the time to explain the problem. Shauna, who answers the phone, is always very kind and helpful. I was referred by a friend and I have since referred several friends.

If you don't mind paying $424 dollars for a condenser fan motor that sells for $76 this is the place for you. Mind you I know that there is a substantial mark up on parts from a repair facility, Double, maybe more. I have used Anderson air for years and recommended them to others. Last time. the next time I want to get screwed out of $300 I'll go to Pa rump.

Do not use this company. First, he sent a technician to service my AC unit, charged $200+ and left. The unit worked for about a month and it went bad again. He assured me he would waive the second visit minimum, that he had already charged the first time. I wasn't very happy with them, but I was willing to give them a second chance (plus, no $60). It learned later that he was soooo busy, he decided he wasn't going to loose the sale and sent his totally incompetent, ignorant, very young nephew. He pretended he was working (with uncle on the phone directing him) and left after an hour with very specific instructions of what to do until uncle could come, 5 days later. Instructions: every time we needed to use the shower, go ahead and turn the valves for the water heater this way and that way ..... (I'm paraphrasing). I assumed he knew more than me so that's what we did. The unit continued to work for two days, overflowing with water. I had containers around and inside the unit trying to catch all the water to save my wood floors. three days into the waiting, the unit stopped working completely. It was a Sunday. I left the company an emergency voice mail. He didn't respond until Monday at noon. By then, I had already called someone else, Hi Lo (extraordinary service, very knowledgeable tech/owner who figured out what was wrong after checking everything for 15 minutes and charged A LOT less than those Anderson nightmare people). By the time the Anderson persons called me at noon, my A/C was working, Hi Lo had figured out my heating part of the unit was kaputt, but I A/C could work for some time. Hi Lo said use the cold during the summer, use space heaters when it gets cold until you are ready to replace the unit. Simple diagnostic. Haven't had any problems in more than a year. The Anderson nightmare had the nerve to send me a bill for $60 (not keeping his word). I was going to go after him like there was no tomorrow. A wise person looked at the written instructions the nephew had left me (on their letterhead and everything) and after a big laugh he asked: ""and you followed his instructions? I have a masters degree in finance and know nothing about AC, but even I can tell you this is unbelievable stupid."" Then he said: ""All you have to do is make a copy of the nephew's instructions and send it to the Anderson company, and ask for a detail of the services he is charging $60 for. I bet you he is going to be so ashamed when he reads it that you'll never hear back from him."" As expected, I didn't hear back from him. My assessment of this company is: Very unreliable, untruthful, money-hungry company. Their eye is ONLY on the money and are not concerned about doing a good job and growing the prestige of the company. I understand the original founder was a good man, with great work ethics. Unfortunately, that is long gone. How sad it is to destroy an ancestor's hard work and reputation. DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE!

Anderson Air is amazing! My AC went out today and I called them at near their closing time. They sent a tech within an hour and he fixed our unit within 20 minutes. He was clean and professional. Their pricing is very competitive. The lady who answered the phone, Renee, was super sweet and set everything up right away. She truly treated me like I was her only customer and that my problem was hers to handle. I have been a customer of theirs for over 16 years and trust no-one else in town. They NEVER up-sell anything, service or products. They are family owned and operated. They are honest and dependable. If you want to have an AC company that will treat you like family, this is it. Thank you Anderson Air for awesome service!!

Always great service. My family has been using Anderson Air for decades. Completely happy. Thanks Everyone.

First off they worked on the wrong air conditioner(the one that worked). Replaced the fan and charged quite a bit. He worked fairly unsafe standing on the handle of my ladder which I was even cautious about him doing. After the service of him working on the wrong air conditioner he said he might even have to charge us more for a wire. Honestly it was a horrible experience and am still calling different companies to fix the other air conditioner which he told me had to be replaced. I wouldn't of had a problem if he just worked on the right air conditioner in the first place then blame me for it.
Update: I had a second air company come out. The tech for Anderson air left loose wires on the air conditioner which sparked. The fan that he replaced(on the wrong air conditioner) was quoted at $200 less by the other company.
All in all I would have to say avoid this company at all costs.

I worked at Anderson Air conditioning for close to five years some twenty years ago.
You will never find an A/C company that cares more for you, about you, and is fair and honest
when dealing with you, any where in the valley.

Many years ago I asked someone who worked for Nevada Power to recommend a reliable company that wouldn't rip me off. She gave me two names. I called Anderson. They have been my company ever since, Their service charge is in line with everyone else, their service techs are professional and they are honest (Wow!).
Let me tell you a little story -- a few years back at the beginning of the long New Year's weekend, our heat went out. Anderson came out right away and turns out we needed a new motor. Problem was that their supplier was closed for the next 3 days. This was one of those bitterly cold years when it froze every night. The repairman (and it might have been Tom, the owner) asked if we had any space heaters. No, we don't. He then drove back to his office across town and returned 90 minutes later with 2 space heaters for us to use until they could repair the heat pump. A very kind thing to do -- way above and beyond what any ""big"" company would do.
I highly recommend Anderson. You can trust them.
I see a bad review here and am puzzled because in all the years I have been using them, Anderson has always been honest with me. (Also gave me a plumbing tip that unclogged a stubborn drain and saved me an $85 plumber's fee. Thanks, guys!)
