I contacted Andersen Plumbing on 9/27/19 to schedule a bathroom faucet installation and rodding. Appointment was set for 10/2, so I made arrangements to work from home that day. Greg Gazda showed up, looked at the sink, and provided a verbal quote. I had been expecting to have the work done, not a quote provided, but whatever. Greg offered the next Monday, 10/7, as the day for the work to be completed. I texted him later that morning to confirm that I wouild would see him on 10/2. He replied ""Sounds good"".

So, I took 10/7 off work and he never showed up. No show, no call, no followup, nothing.

I had a leaking kitchen sink. Called Andersen Plumbing, and spoke to Greg. He came the next day and the time he said. He promptly knew what was wrong with the sink. He fixed the problem, and I had use of my kitchen sink once again. He was an answer to my prayers!

They came on time, were friendly, gave a fair price and did a great job. We have used them in the past and know that they will try to give you good alternatives to the most expensive option. Very unusual in this area as most of their competition are always looking to gouge you.

I am so happy we found Anderson Plumbing! After a horrible experience with 2 other plumbers, Anderson has been able to fix any issues the same day Greg came to give an estimate. Greg worked quickly and his work is very reasonably priced. We had a backed up toilet and a leak in our shower he was able to fix right away for a fair price,. He also answered or plumbing questions and give estimates for future work in our 100 year old bungalow. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing.

Called in Greg to quote a job, and he gave us excellent pricing. We selected him for the job and he got right to work. During the project, he found a few issues that affected the plan. He gave us several options, and helped us select a path that made sense and fit our budget.

Greg was responsive, flexible, informative. and fair. Just what you want in a plumber.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional. Employees were belligerent and aggressive. Many other great options for plumbers in the neighborhood. Based on the behavior of their employees on first contact I would never trust them to be in my home.

Had to replace a sump pump and looked in the BBB IL site and found this highly rated company. Greg came, assessed the problem, and came back with the quote and solution. Came the next day and installed the new pump while answering a lot if my questions around the setup since we just moved into this house. Very informative. They do charge a small extra % if you pay with a credit card, but paying them with a personal check is no issue. Will call them in the future for any plumbing work.

Greg is a very honest plumber. I am dealing with a rat infestation from rodents that dug up through the basement alongside the new plumbing lines that were put in when the previous owners renovated the house. I was told the rodents came up through the catch basin in back and it was filled with dirt the rats dug in. The rodent guy said it would cost $2k to fix. Gulp. So I got two estimates from licensed plumbers. The first plumber said it would cost even more because the lines had to be rodded out and the basin re-grouted. The second plumber was Greg who told me that my lines had been routed past the catch basin and it was no longer in use. He could have easily bilked me for $2k like the other guys, but he didn't.
I haven't seen his actual work, but I'll always call Andersen Plumbing in the future because they are honest.

I had small project that I needed completed. I called Andersen Plumbing and talked to Greg, who made the appointment and did the work. On the service date, Greg was running a little late for the appointment and had the courtesy to call me! When Greg arrived, he was very efficient and explained all of his work. If this appointment is representative of how they run their business, then I will call Andersen for all of my future plumbing projects.

These guys were AWESOME! I had a backup in the kitchen, slow drains in the basement sink, I wanted the catch basin inspected, and a scope of the line out to the city main. Greg came out, was very professional, very informative, and answered all my questions. The drains drain like a champ still standing...kickass job! highly recommended!!
