Yesterday, late afternoon, we had a pipe come loose from another pipe by where they were joined. Water was everywhere! I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service! I still cannot get over the owner's call to say that since bad weather was predicted he knew it was important to get it fixed. Great company to do business with! Give Joe a raise!!
