These plumbers are the worst plumbers ever because damage into apartment complex that's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and they don't want to pay back for the damages in the workers are a bunch of perverts every time a lady passes by the stop there work in silence and pretend that they're staring at the lady these are the worst people to hire especially if you have daughters and wife's!!!!!

I had the best experience with Gilbert and Robert from Andersen Commercial Plumbing and highly recommend them if you're looking for quality service and craftsmanship. It was clear from the moment they arrived to provide an estimate to the completion of their work the very next day that they are experts who care about doing a good job and providing their customers an unparalleled experience. 5 Stars!

Nothing like a pre-holiday emergency.. pipe leak.
The crew arrived and were clean, followed Covid rules, and were very professional.
They fixed the leak and left the job site looking better than when they arrived.
I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Ive been a maintenance supervisor for a few years now and from all my property's so far this guy name Austin came out to my hotel in chino hills to check out some water leaks around a boiler man let me just say this guy went the extra miles for us he went and investigated the damage and explain to us what was wrong and told us all the details plus noting other places that could cost us more down the line if we dont fix it soon he just made the world of difference when your in a position like mys where we just dont get enough time to check everything im so thankful that i called these guys and they sent out a guy like that austin if you see this brother your great man hope more guys are like you!

Jonathan Alvarez and Anthony Romero are great plumbers and professional! A night job is not fun but they made it enjoyable and took care of the replacement of two pressure reducers with the utmost skills in our Santa Monica high rise building.
I am taking a moment to recognize their work, dedication and care! I have been happy with Andersen Commercial Plumbing for a while now. Jonathan and Anthony are proof why I continue using Andersen Commercial Plumbing!
Thanks again!!!

Having just moved & being met with an overflowing backed-up sink was not something we were expecting to deal with, but once our building manager got ahold of Andersen they sent out John A. who arrived right away. He was able to identify the problem, explain it, & fix it within a half hour! Very polite, super knowledgable. Can't recommend enough. We'll be requesting him if any other problems arrive going forward.

Glen R. to the rescue!
we are moving offices and had last minute plumbing needs in order to be compliant with the exit of our old office.
Glen showed up right on time, got to work immediately and was done before i knew it.
extremely happy with his work and his company. super friendly guy too, will keep their number on speed dial.

Used Andersen a couple times over the past year to handle clogged sinks and overflowing toilets at our business.
BEWARE their pricing is exorbitant and they will look to overcharge you at every opportunity. Be sure to ask for a quote upfront on the phone, especially if it's an emergency. Our business was charged $553 for a technician to come and run an auger (snake) through a toilet. $553!!! $50 because it was an emergency call, $60 for a standard truck charge, and a whopping $173.25 hourly rate for the technician--which includes driving time. Aren't I paying for plumbing services, not transportation?
We've had roofing companies come to patch leaks on a rainy day and HVAC companies come to fix A/C units in the dead of summer. Never have felt so gouged on the account of an ""emergency"".
E-mailed back and forth with their service manager, Mark Newell, to discuss. Stood firm and felt that their pricing was in line with services rendered. Just atrocious, crony capitalism. Find a business to support that is more rational and not looking to make a buck.

I have to share that a previous company came to give an estimate regarding our broken sensor faucet and quoted us for about $700.00 plus they suggested a filter for $5500.
Andersen sent out Adam to come and service our building. Before I even arrived to our office that day, Adam had shown up early, diagnosed and solved the problem- we just needed new batteries. Of course the cost was a fraction of the original estimate we had received from another company. It's so rare to find service like this.
From my experience, I would say Andersen Plumbing can be trusted and will always be my go to for any issues.
