Horrible customer service! When I called to make an appointment they gave me one price, a day before the appointment they increased it, and on the day of the service increased it again!!! The issue was not resolved at the end of this!!

I had called Todd a few weeks ago based on a referral to inquire about installing a pot filler and running a waterline to my new refrigerator location. He declined to come out for an estimate, quoted me a reasonable price over the phone, and I scheduled him for the Monday after Thanksgiving.

To his credit, he arrived early (7am - maybe too early). We asked for a few more minutes so we could finish showering before they shut off the water. That's about where the credit ends.

When he did come in the house a few minutes later, he immediately began trying to upsell us on the other items. This could be construed as trying to educate the consumer, but the way he went about it felt like he was trying to generate more out of the job. My intuition proved accurate.

After poking around for about 10 or 15 minutes, he looked at me and informed me he could not do the work today. He complained he was too busy in spite of me booking him several weeks ago and his or coming to see the job. He could clearly see I have an entire kitchen renovation project going on and based on his commitment, the rest of the work has been scheduled. He told me he would call me back later in the day to give me a new price and a timeframe when he thought he could do the work.

At 6 PM he called me to inform me he was not going to be able to do the work at all and that I should go another direction. Highly disappointing. I let him know that it would've been at the very least courteous to inform me at the end of last week that he will not be able to fit me in, instead of coming in to my house, poking around, and deciding my job wasn't worth his while.

In the end, I found the entire interaction unprofessional and insulting. Never mind how his action pushes the schedule for my entire project, rendering us without a kitchen for potentially for another week or two.

Bottom line, engage at your own risk. If he actually ever does start your work, perhaps it will be quality. But based on how he treats his bookings, it may not be worth it. Plan for a backup if possible.

Had work done by Anders plumbing on my home. The work could have been costly, but they were able to pinpoint the issue quickly which saved us money. Todd was professional and honest and he and his team did excellent work.

I noticed water under the kitchen sink. So I started calling plumbing companies to get someone to address the issue. From the moment I called, I received exemplary customer service. I requested same day service and was told I would hear back later. They called me back soon after and confirmed they would be able to come. I requested a call before they arrived which they did. Todd, the plumber, and his helper answered my questions in an honest way so that I immediately felt at ease with them. Through their answers and the information, I agreed to have the faucet replaced. They worked diligently and left everything clean afterwards. I plan on referring them to my loved ones and to continue to use them. The whole experience was much smoother than what I could have hoped for because as a homeowner I have often received below average service from service providers.
