If I could give them a zero I would. This is the worst. HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They were over an hour late and the guy that showed up had an attitude with a very threatening demeanor. Threw the tie wraps from his ladder in my yard. Already was pitching a new system before he even opened it up. The provided a quote for 14,500 for a 3-1/2 tip unit. He was trying to rip off a female senior citizen; what he didn't know is that Im a licensed GC and told him he was crazy. Then proceeded to leave the handler open and started swearing at me. Made him leave, this company excepts that type of behavior. Just don't, run don't walk away from this company.

I called for an estimate two replace a hot valve and cold valve for the washing machine and was quoted $936. The man who came was polite and no reflection on him, and of coursw I said 'No"""" Then I called an other company who asked me to send them pictures of the valves and within minutes they said $200 dollars. Buyer beware.

Hired this company to tear out shower and install tub. Took 4 months to get the work almost done. However, they did not secure the tub so it moves around and creaks when stepping in and standing in it. Unable to put up tile if tub moves around. In addition they put up small pieces of rock wall around the tub. They did not protect the tub while doing this and scratched and gouged the tub in multiple places. The general manager came out and took pictures and video and said someone would come fix it and that it was done incorrectly. that was 2 mo ago. we have called many times and left messages. We are being ignored and it has been 6 months for a simple job and it's not done. They say one thing and do another. Each step took a different set of contractors and scheduling and rescheduling. Home owners insurance did not was to renew my policy due to the incomplete work.

If I could leave zero stars I would! And Services is AWFUL. They came to work on my air conditioner and broke my attic stairs and had to borrow my shop vac and ruined it! They have promised to fix the stairs and replace the shop vac. That was almost a month ago and all I get is the run around. I cannot get into my attic! 1/3 of the stairs are completely missing!!! I guess I have to go to small claims court for a resolution. This is crazy!!!

Called And services on Tuesday 11/15 around 12 and was told they would have someone here on same day. They would call with an arrival time; I called around 5pm and was told they were behind. Received a call at 7pm to reschedule the next morning and they would call me at 9 am. No call at 9 am, so I called around 11 am and a plumber arrived here around 2pm. What needed to be done was an installation of a new garbage disposal. All fittings were in place and fairly new. I purchased the garbage disposal myself, so all that needed to be done was the installation. The Plumer came in opened up his computer and gave me an installation price of $421.00. The plumber came back with a lower price which still was overpriced at $175.00.

Can I put a negative star Can't say anything about there work but I had them out for an estimate! 220 line for a pool heat pump After he told what was all wrong with my panel he presented me with a 4000.-$ bill and to fix everything that was wrong over 6000.-$ So beware of there pricing!!!!! Got the job done by a professional, licensed and insured for 1475.-$ Just be cautious

And Service installed all new AC duck work in my home. There was some communications along the way, but in the end the job was completed. There Several factors that complicated with the second part of the job. That was the installing a new electrical breaker box. Before the job could be started, they had to move a 100 gallon water tank, which was to close to the breaker box. A crew came out and mover the tank and the attached chlorine pump away from the breaker box. This was not properly reattached to the tank. The problem was not notice until two days ago and $125.00 service call. Three days ago I called And Service because one of my breakers was tripping. And Service came out that day and checked everything out and assured me the problem was due to a short by some appliance was causing the problem. If it happen again they showed me how to reset the breaker. They left, no bill submitted to me. We left and when we returned later that day the breaker tripped again. I also noticed the smell of chorine in the air and the chlorine pump was leaking. I disconnected plug, I also reset the breaker. I then waited to see what would happen to the breaker. The next morning the breaker was functioning like it was suppose too. The breaker problem was solved after the pump was cleaned of iron residue build up and placed on the wall correctly.

I was given a written estimate they did not honor. The price I was given at first was 1,860. 2 days later they showed up and tried to charge us over 3x more than original estimate.
