DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We asked them to come out at night when our AC went out. The tech was here rather promptly which we appreciated. He thought he had found the problem (was going to charge 325.00 for the one part). We told him to proceed, and he then told us that it was going to cost a lot more due to the fact that it wasn't just the initial problem. He said he had diagnosed the issue but apparently was unable to fix it? Instead of calling for help he just charged us his 59.00 service fee expecting us to look elsewhere to fix it. The whole kicker to this story is the next day we had a man from a different company come out, diagnose the issue, fix it, and charge 200.00 for the two parts that needed replacing. """"And Services"""" charges insane prices, does not provide good costumer service, and seems way more interested in making a buck. Lastly if you do choose to use them, expect it to be a while before they charge you (over a week). When I told a staff member what happened and how poor the costumer service was, all I was told was that they will talk to them employee. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'd give zero stars if I could!

The tech that came out to service our AC was very rude and pushy, he tried to get us to replace a UV bulb is our AC unit but wouldn't explain way we needed and the cost was 158.00, we did opt to not replace the bulb.. This was a free first time service, but at have no plans to use And again..

I call And services yesterday to do a repair on my air-conditioner. They made it out in three hours and called me with a diagnosis of a bad starter capacitor and a bad fan motor on the condenser. When I asked him the cost of the repair, his reply was, if I use aftermarket parts it was 900+ dollars, If I use train parts, it will be 1200+ dollars. I thought it was a little excessive. I believe a business should be able to make money but I think this was excessive. I want to a local parts house this morning was able to buy all the parts for $171 text me about 30 minutes to put it in.

I called AND two days ago and the """"technician"""" Zack sounded more like a sales person, but overall treated us very nice and courteous. The drip pan was leaking water to the return box. I told him that I wanted to change the damped return box. He provided a quote given to us over the phone by John (Zack's boss) ($2600) and we agreed to proceed. That's when he tried to sell me a new unit. Two days later my wife called to cancel the appointment to replace the return box and then John told her """"you had the money, so what happened? (In an rude / demanding tone) I guess it's all about the money and no customer service. Not planning on calling AND again

Buyer beware!! Many misrepresentations by salesperson who did not disclose full extent of work needed, so now the new $10,000 system cools no better than the old system that """"Had to be replaced"""". service came out three months later and for another $6,000 they can do additional work and make it right!!!!!! no two service reps agree on what should have been done.

We chose to work with this company after Irma gave us AC problems. It was an uphill battle the entire way. They sent out a sweet and friendly sales guy to start who promised us the moon. We liked him and we felt comfortable with him. From the second sales handed the job off to the """"do-ers"""" it was an uphill battle that lasted 20 something days. We had to force them to do their job and stay on them every second of the way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! $14,000 and 10 months later and my air conditioning still is not working! They have continued to cancel and want to reschedule the work needed to be done. Duct work has failed county inspection and they continue to put me off. There has been at least 6 times they have rescheduled now, with no call for today's appt. I had to call them only to be told again they would have to reschedule. They take your money and run. No offer for reimbursement of any monies. Single unemployed parent here living off savings and they pull this? If someone was employed they would have had to call of 6 times and counting. I don't know any employers that would be willing to put up with this? If their own employees called off that many times, I sure they would be terminated, yet they expect their customers to do it.

The lowest of low. Scamming on elderly. Senior discount my backside. $370 valve repair is quoted as a $9000 full unit replacement. Buyer BEWARE. Elderly BEWARE. Shame on you.

I cant even begin to tell you our disappointment with """"And Services"""" My wife and I got sucked into their Vortex of deceit and shoddy workmanship when we signed a service contract on some of our properties in 2015. Our last experience was last week in July of 2017. They came out for a routine service call to change out the media filters on our units of a duplex. That was on the 23th of July. The technician called me to how bad the capacitors were and that i should change them out ASAP and also he needed to instal a new """"Hard Start"""" component that would make the units more efficiently and lower energy bills, etc etc. So I gave him the ok after his hard sale knowing that I was getting sucked into something, I just didn't know what.. My bad. Anyway, $600.00 later he did his magic one of the units and the next day it started not working correctly. The tenants were sweating in the house. So I called them back only to be told this time the units need to be replace right now. The technician's supervisor called me and gave me his pitch on a new system. I told him to email me the details. Mean while back at the ranch his cowboy came to look at the system again this time he checked for leaks in the line and took it upon himself to put in the wrong gas into my R22 system. Which he overcharge, and not only that but the fan was running the wrong way and according to another tech that I called to look at the system independent from """"And Services"""" and he told me the hard start and Capacitor on this system was wired wrong cause the system to malfunction. Now, I really do have problem because the system has to be evacuated of all gases. What a joke. Now I really do need a new system, but I can insure you that """"And Services"""" will not be part of that work order. Working with them has been a nightmare one that consists of """"Up Sales"""" and bad workmanship. Ronald Boysen

These people aren't good. They installed a new air conditioning system (heat pump) a few years back and didn't pull permits with the city. They've had inspectors come out and have determined there are thousands of dollars of work that still need to be done. (Including expensive electrical work). They cannot come on weekends, Susan and David in Customer service were rude and unhelpful. They can't seem to keep track of our records. It's a circus every time I call-- no one knows what the other is doing. A big, expensive disaster. What a mistake!
