Unfortunately, AND services just doesn't have the manning to support the calls and appointments they make. They no showed, no called three times before they finally showed up for the appointment. Great customer service but you will take off work every time to meet their appointment time slots and then not receive their service.

Took 6 tries to install a new water heater in the garage before they got it right. In addition, they broke the built-in stand when they installed the heater crookedly, had to get a metal stand to replace it. I had to explain to them how to install a new circulating pump correctly as they couldn't figure out how to reinstall the old one. In addition, I found out they grossly overcharged me for the work (I had just moved in, didn't know the Okaloosa Gas Company would do the job themselves.)

We used this company for plumbing services. Exceptional services and timely response to initial telephone call. Called three other companies with no return calls. And Services arranged a time for services and kept to that time. Zach, the service technician, was professional and courteous. He was thorough and worked with my husband to trouble shoot the problem. He identified the problem and immediately went to corrective action to resolve it. Extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend this company and Zach.

Had us pay a little over $3000, said they'd be back to finish the job, and LOL ( sort of), they absolutely did not, but made sure my check cleared alright, before their job was done. Even went as far as giving me his personal phone number. Why?

NEVER work with this company. Thy take advantage of people and try to sell you thousands of dollars of work you don't need. Their craftmanship is pathetic. The managers do not know how to communicate and return phone calls. they refuse to give you itemized invoices and do not leave any paperwork of their service calls. NEVER NEVER work with this company. They don't even deserve one star, but I'm forced to give them one.

Review of AND Services In May I used AND services to install a new HVAC in my home. At that time, they were great (because they were getting around $12,000)! Since then, each time I have called to have them come out for the routine maintenance, my experience has been quite disappointing. After scheduling the appointment(s), they are always late. They give a 2-hour window however, never meet that window. After waiting all day, the technician shows up hours after the appointment time acting like it's no big deal. My time is just as valuable as theirs. This time, December 5, 2024, I had an appointment scheduled with the 2-hour window between 9-11 a.m. Nine o'clock and went and soon so did eleven o'clock. Around 11:30 I called to see what was going on. The guy that answered the phone said he was just about to reach out to me. Yeah, I'm sure! He said all the technicians were out on emergency calls. So I guess a scheduled appointment means nothing! I called again at 12:30 and spoke with Jennifer. She said the same thing and that she would speak with the manager to see what can be done. Both her and the first guy wanted to reschedule my appointment. NO! I am NOT rescheduling! I've been sitting here wasting the whole day! This type of attitude is contagious throughout the whole of businesses everywhere! When are businesses going to start providing """"Customer Service"""" after the initial sale? They get the huge sale with a lot of money up front then do not want to provide follow-up service per their contract. If this is how AND Services is going to operate, I would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I had a 9:00 am appointment for them to fix my water line to the house, an was told 6 hours later that it would be 1 to 2 hours more before someone would come to the house. Pretty sad business. No phone calls telling us they will not be there on time. I will not use this business again and will not recommend them to anyone. Why schedule a appointment and never show up until 8 hours later. WHY ????
