Took time off from work to fix a corroded bathroom facet. Day of appointment they called to say a tech had called out sick, rescheduled to the next friday. They called friday morning two hours before the appointment to say they had no one to fix my facet, and could they reschedule to next week. Cost to me was two lost days of wages without fixing the facet. Cannot recommend

This was a horrible experience. The dispatcher was rude and whenever I asked a question he would repeat the same canned responses that didn't answer my questions. The service tech that came to my house was even worse. He looked at my leaking water heater and said I had two options. 1. I could order and purchase two parts (because he couldn't tell which part leaked) then it would take him up to four hours to replace the part even though the leak was quite easy to access. When I asked what I would do with the part that wasn't used he basically said it was not his problem. or 2. He could take it apart, see which part was leaking, then leave it apart until he ordered the part and the part arrived. This would leave me without hot water for days. Whenever I asked a question he gave me canned responses (like the dispatcher), never answered the questions, and talked down to me like I was an idiot. He eventually told me I was being argumentative and told me to get a different plumber. Which I will gladly do. If I could I would give a lower review than a one. They deserve a -10.

awesome work. awesome service. after leaving a dozen voicemails to other plumbers, only two of which ever called me back (Circle & Central) and both of those after Anchorage had already finished the work, Anchorage picked up on the first call ring. They offered same day service on an urgent shower leak and when someone else cancelled (their loss) they were able to get a plumber out to me within 30min of my initial call. Service was great! my old house was built in '59 so it's full of quirks but that was no problem for their plumber.

Called this service to come out to one of my rentals where a tenant was having uses with their hot water going in and out. I had an appointment booked for Monday and no one ever showed up. Called them and they said I was never on the schedule...I had to rebook for the next day and waste another 2 hours of my day waiting for them (they did show up) . I run multiple businesses I don't have time to wait around for people not to show up. After completing an inspection and repairs (zone valve and aqua stat) it cost $700.00. Less than 12 hours later my tenant text me that their heat is out (this was never an issue prior to their repairs). Called them back in and they said the whole unit would need to be replaced...not sure why they couldn't tell me that before spending $700 on useless repairs? I called my regular contractor to come in to look at the unit and all it needed was a valve to be replaced...This goes to show that their technicians are not well educated on all boiler units which will result in false diagnosis and a waste of your time and money. Only giving 2 stars because they responded quickly...the second time.

My husband ordered a nice toilet for our home, after much research. We were charged immediately, and it was delivered shortly to the Air Cargo to be dispatched to our village. Sadly, the bowl was broken on arrival, the customer service agent was curt, and not helpful in replacement. Saying it was basically ""our problem!"" Bottom line, we are out almost $1000.00, and still without a toilet! Don't wast your time...or money with this company, they don't care about customer service!

We signed a contract and provided a deposit with this company to replace a hot water heater. The estimator, bid sheet, and contract spelled out that they would be moving a washer and dryer unit to gain access to the water heater. After waiting over a week to have our hot water heater installed, the technician came out on Friday afternoon. after less than 10 minutes, they packed up and left. The technician claimed that he could not move the washer and dryer and left. When we called to speak with the company we were told that we would have to speak with Jeremy, the service manager, and that he would call us back. When we asked when he would call us back, we were told ""when he calls you back"". After several back to back phone calls requesting a time of when we could expect a phone call back, we were transferred to Jeremy. (he miraculously became available) After speaking with him, we were told that we could have to hire a mover to move the machine. We told him this was not acceptable and that Anchorage Plumbing and Heating told us they would move it. He then refused to do the job, and told us instead he would refund our money and would not discuss this further. We have waited over a week for this company to come out and fix a hot water heated in Anchorage . . . in the winter. . . . The company refuses to talk to us and we now have to wait another week to get a actual reliable company. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, but do nothing to actually get the work done.

We had a leak in the ceiling downstairs. Our neighbor , who used anchorage plumbing & heating recommended them to us. Wow! What a pleasure to deal with...friendly, prompt, won't break the bank either! We had a young man named Jameson. He was amazing. Polite and very knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong right away! Our neighbor had Cameron. Thanks Anchorage Plumbing and heating! You are the WARM guys in my book!

They came out and told me they did not have the equipment needed for the job and referred me to someone else. They charged me a full hour at $160. I wouldn't mind paying some for their time and referral, but to come out here and immediately say they couldn't do anything--less than ten minutes--and charge me the full price is absurd. I strongly recommend you do business elsewhere, unless you want to risk paying for them to not even attempt service at your place.

Called early on a weekday. Was told that they would be here in a couple hours. 5 hours go by so I call. I'm told that I'm on call for service.. then at 415pm I get a call from some guy telling me it's time and half if he makes it to my home. Seriously? I wasted my time. They wasted my time. Definitely not recommending this place from sheer lack of business respect. I wouldn't even give one star. I'd give a big fat zero.
