David C.Jeff answered the call and took care of the problem the same day! They had to replace the hot and cold stems on my tub. They will be my go to plumber from now on. Almost two weeks and no leaks. Thank you!
Jeff was great! Completed our repair on time and for the price he quoted.
Would definitely recommend!
Mpa05b1 ..Great company. Jeff (owner) answered my emergency call on a weekend and came out to fix the plumbing issue within a couple of hours. Very professional and transparent. Highly recommended.
Bayley B.Jeff was friendly and informative regarding my plumbing issue. Solved quickly, professionally, and with ease. As a new homeowner I'm so glad to have found Jeff to be my go-to plumber!
A few weeks into January of 2021, I noticed my toilet was leaking and so I called this plumber to have him come fix it. He charged me NEARLY 500 DOLLARS and even then he didn't fix the issue. We called him back a week later to fix it again where he tried to charge me again but I refused to let him do so. Again, however, the problem was still there and so now I am 500 dollars short and my toilet is still broken.
sibille p.I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!
Jeff was prompt and am to fix our broken bathroom faucet the same day. Thank you for your services.
James K.Jeff was able to come out same day and evaluate our issue. He was knowledgeable and able to rule out some of our concerns. He was able to explain the issue we were having and why we were seeing water around our meter.
Lauren W.My family has worked with Jeff and his team for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. He has a family owned business and take pride in his work as he is truly apart of our community. While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. He's done a waterheater, toilet, garbage disposal, replumbed under kitchen sink, repair shower, repair pipes in wall, changed out cast iron plumbing boxes under our Craftsman home. He's even come to our new 1973 home in Richardson. Each time he is professional, on time, knowledgeable about even the most tricky plumbing problems. He is honest will say all I need to do is fix this piece, where others would say no whole thing needs replacing. When he does a job it is done correctly, always passes inspection, and plumbed with the future in mind so no problems moving forward after a fix. After having worked with several plumbers and other contractors while completely renovating our 1923 home I appreciate Jeff's honesty, knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. I highly recommend.
I had a slow water leak in a drain pipe. I called Anchor and he was on site in 2 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. He explained charges before starting the job and clearly answered all of my questions. This is my friendly plumber of choice in Oak Cliff.
