I had used Anchor Plumbing in the past with great results, and had even recommended them to others. I accidentally turned off my water heater and could not get it relit, so when it came time to call for repair, I called them first.

They scheduled an appointment and said they would arrive 10am . That would have worked for me. The day before the appointment they sent me a text saying that they would show up between 10 and 12. So, not 10 am as agreed? It's kinda like not dealing off the top of the deck, right, but ...ok.

So I sat around for two hours thinking... Is this the Spectrum cable guy or what. He was a no-show. Well, I've already missed two hours of work so...

I received a call later, but I was already busy making up for lost time, and said they could try and reschedule if they wanted, but didn't appreciate them not keeping their word. Never heard anything else from them.

Naturally, I wasn't going to waste time calling them again, so I called ABC Services, they came out the same day, promptly, and showed up when they said they would, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, and gave me an estimate for future work. And they didn't charge me for their effort or waste my time. ABC Services is awesome, Anchor was not.

Had a great experience with Khameron from Anchor today. We had a leak in the house that caused some damage; we contacted Anchor, and they were out to see us within 24 hours. Kham came to the house and went above and beyond to help us diagnose the issue. With his help, we were able to figure out what was going on, and make a plan to fix it. I'd definitely recommend him and Anchor; we'll certainly use them again.

I approached Anchor for a quote to install a tankless water heater. It took a while to connect with the right person to discuss the job, and every time I called I had to start over, describe my project, and give my contact info, even though I talked to the same individual each time. They eventually scheduled an appointment for an in-person quote but nobody came. No call before or after or any attempt to follow up.

Keep in mind this happened after the crazy winter storm of 2021, and I'm sure they were quite busy with water damage work. Still, they were not organized, so I went with a different group.
