These guys are the best. Spoke with the owner of the company and he was very accommodating. Had a last minute emergency and they were there and went out of their way to help. They were honest and transparent about the whole thing as well. This kind of customer service is second to none.

Called Anchor for a minor urgency. They were very courteous and prompt. They went out to my parents house, assessed the situation and fixed the issue. Plumbing is never cheap so yes the bill was a little high but due to the issue I expected that. They were very nice and helped us with a senior discount as my parents are in their 80's and on a fixed income so this helped out tremendously. Then when I needed the receipt to submit to the insurance my elderly dad could not remember what he did with it. Called Henry Sauceda with Anchor plumbing and he immediately sent me a copy via email. I can't say enough about how helpful they were before, during and after their work.

Had a water softener and water heater installed by Anchor (Alec) - great work and fair prices- the owner is great to work with (Paul) and the plumber (Alec) is terrific and is always willing to answer all my other plumbing questions. You can probably get a cheaper price at Home Depot or Loews, but the quality of service and upgraded equipment they install is a better value in the long term.

Just as everyone else is saying. They came out next day, arrived on time, and got everything taken care of. Very professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. They had any needed parts on the truck with them. They installed two toilets and a faucet. Prices quoted were good prices. They did find one additional issue once they got into it, however, that is to be expected and it was reasonable. I will definitely be using them for any future needs. Alec and Jared were the ones that came out.
