Recommended Customer Reviews

We called Anchor Plumbing to help with a leak in our kitchen and they were able to make an appointment the next business day. Garrett from their team arrived on time and was able to identify the problem and clearly explain what he would need to do in order to fix it. He provided exemplary customer service and went the extra mile to resolve our problem. We also thought the price was extremely reasonable and will definitely use Anchor again.

I got screwed by bobs plumbing in satellite beach on a Friday afternoon. I had a hot water leaking all over the place so I called anchor plumbing . Stephen was very eager to help and said he can come out Sat morning. He actually arrived Early which is a first for me. he completed the job in a professional and timely manner and price was very competitive. he did not charge extra for the weekend. I definitely would recommend and call again, hopefully won't need soon!

Anchor Plumbing was just here. Chris was just awesome! our plumbing issues have been a mystery but he was able to solve it and fix it professional, personable, and great personality he did an amazing job. would not hesitate to highly recommend Chris

I opened a case with my credit card company, describing the situation, the bank did a proportional charge back and credited my account.overcharge as agreed 1. """"rounding off"""" 30 minutes to an hour and 2. having to drive to get supplies two times during his """"hourly"""". Also have attitude to boot.

Quoted one hourly rate ($90.00) per hour when set up appointment, when work was completed hourly rate on Bill was $140.00 I don't recommend them for this reason. Very deceptive way to do business. Beware of bait and switch!

I do not recommend this company at all. We heard water running and figured it was under the slab. Called these people up and they came out. Spend several hours listening and then jack hammered up the floor. Surprise no leak. They called in another specialist with an infrared device and showed me where the leak could be. It was recommended that we re-plumb the house. They gave me a bill for over $300 and left me with a whole in the floor and dirt everywhere. They did say they didn't charge me for leak detection since they didn't find one. Never told me what the bill I paid was for. This company is a rip off, waste of time and they don't know what they are doing. Stay away from them.

What they say about the third time being the charm is even true for plumbers. I had 2 other plumbing companies try to fix a clogged drain. The first attempt was good for about a month, the second attempt was good for about 2 days. Steve and Jason came prepared for the long haul, camera and all. They arrived first thing in the morning and left at 3pm. They installed a new clean-out, ran a camera down every line and were eventually able to clear the clog. They persevered until the job was done! Thank you Anchor Plumbing! I can now take a nice relaxing shower.

The worst! They were here 7 hours, yet left my toilet with a simple leak around the seal and didn't fix, but they knew exactly what was going on when I phoned them. WTH? Why? Now I need to hire another plumber. Also, didn't fix my water pressure, charged a small fortune, scratched my sink, and didn't tell me about a pipe that needs to be replaced, yet told our maintainence man. That's how I found out. Terrible, don't recommend at all. Wish I wouldn't have paid my bill and contacted BBB! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

BLUF: They scoped a house we were planning on buying in Cocoa beach, and it turned out to be extremely corroded, cracked and deteriorated. Repairs would have turned my dream home into a money pit. I'm glad I called them and the video they showed me was priceless.

I had purchased new faucets to update the fixtures in my house. I called Anchor plumbing to get them installed was quoted $95 per hour. I thought that was great. Guy told me he was going to send 2 men to get the job done quicker I'm like ok sounds great to me. Never once did he say it's going to be $95 per hour per man. Guys finish give me the bill it's 468.20 for 2 hours of work. I had $88.20 for parts. Mind you I had all my own faucets I purchased plus the new hoses except 2. I also needed 3 new supply valves which are only a few dollars each. How I ended up with $88.20 in their parts is nuts. The hoses again are only a couple dollars each of his were $20.00 for 2. I read online how fair and great Steve was. Yes, if you are willing to pay double for labor, more than 100% mark-up for material, and think that is fair and great I guess he might be all that. $468.20 to install 2 bathroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet. I was upset even contacted Steve who is the owner and happens to live right here in Viera says he spoke to me and quoted me the price for the job, he told me it was $95 per hour per man, but the number I called originally to schedule and was given the quote was his technicians phone not his. Again, what sane person is going to say ok to $190 per hour???? His explanation if he would have only sent 1 tech it would have taken twice as long so I'm supposed to believe that a professional plumber is going to take 4 hours to install 3 fixtures. I stayed with the same valves same brand you simply took the old off and put the new on over the existing valves. This was not a tough job. Call someone else avoid at all costs.
