Tom and his team are great. I have used him for a water softener installation and a year later, a new water heater. He stands by his work and follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied. Unfortunately, my water heater started acting up 2 months after installation. Working directly with the manufacturer and their warranty was a joke. His team came out several times to check the setup including gas line, venting, and water line. Ultimately, he addressed the water heater problem and now my family doesn't have to take random cold showers.
