The staff here is very attentive and knowledgeable. They even do small jobs such as glass cutting, and screen replacement. The place looks small from the outside but they pretty much have almost everything you are looking for. I've been here so many times for a quick errand and every time found what I've been looking for. If you don't want to drive to the big box retailer then this is the place to be. Plus they give great customer service.

Went to get a key made and had to wait for the male clerk to finish reading about why someone gets gray hair to his female coworker. Then after he was done he preceded to try and pull out gray hair of the female coworker why she was trying to make my key which was very distracting for her and made my visit longer than expected. Unprofessional from both of them. Who was managing these employees?

Philip was awesome! I had purchased some wood screws from Home Depot earlier in the day and thanks to the person that helped me they were the wrong screws.Thank God Ace Hardware is walking distance from my house bc I walked over and Philip got me exactly what I needed and signed me up for the ACE rewards!! Thanks Philip and Ace Hardware for fixing Home Depots mistake. Next time I'm coming here 1st!

I bought a piece of plastic that needed to be cut to the same size of the old one I brought. The first time they cut it they did it incorrectly and they had to do it again. They cut it a second time, but when I got home I found out it didn't fit correctly in the opening. The process of cutting took an incredible amount of time. The purpose of the plastic was to cover a 40 year old fluorescent lamp fixture. At that point I decided to live with a piece of plastic that doesn't fit properly into the opening. I had to pay someone to install this for me and i could not afford to pay for it again. Besides, I did not know if they will ever cut it right. Every time I look at the light fixture I feel very disappointed and upset. Many years ago I had the plastic cut by All American Home Center. They had good cutting equipment and they did it well and very quickly. Unfortunately, this store is no longer in business. My advice is: don't go there to have anything cut.

I found this store right in my new neighborhood about a year ago. Since that happy day, I just don't go to the big box lumber stores. Phil is the manager and is always looking out for customers who have specific needs. The staff is great, especially Favi, my fav. Go ahead try to find a more complete offering in such a small space, AND organized! I Love this store! BTW, the Ace branded products are very good, unlike the big guys, who's brands are usually the worst imports. If you're a DIY person like me, it won't be long before they'll be calling you by name.

Superfast customer service. Prices that rival and usually beat Home Depot. I never thought I'd find a Hardware store I'd like this much, especially an ACE. This store is small but well staffed and people walk in and the employees KNOW PEOPLE BY NAME! At a chain hardware store. Never seen it before. Best ACE I've ever been to.

I went into this store last week and would say it has to be one of the best ace hardware stores. I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff that showed me exactly what I needed to complete my project. The store is very well stocked and very clean. They can do window screens, keys, glass, window repairs, plexiglass and much more. While checking out, the friendly and polite cashiers explained about a cool new program called ace rewards that is completely free and I get reward certificates mailed to me and instant store rebates so I signed up. They also let me know they do the chip keys starting at $69.99 and the newer sidewinder key for $129.99. Anyone that has ever got a key done at the dealer know that these prices are excellent. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend this store to anyone.
