HIGH praise to this mighty small hardware store. If professionalism is measured in knowledge, this is a mega-store. Phil in a word, is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and made some strong recommendations. This is why I loathe going to Home Depot where you talk to a kid who got work on a skateboard trying answer questions about dry wall and he asks, ""You want to buy a dried wall?"" Save yourself a headache. Often the little gems you can't find at the bigger stores, you'll find here. A lot of these stores are independently owned so you are helping local business people.
High praise to Andrew, also. Phil and Andrew know their stuff.
I'll keep coming back.

This is the best neighborhood Ace! I can call and give a vague description of what I need and they know what I am talking about. As a local apartment manager, I come several times a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I try to come on days Andrew is working and he is my personal assistant!

Even though the internet posts businesses that offer Veteran discounts, it says 10% at Ace Hardware but they won't & does not give discoints.. Very disappointing.

I have been come here for years! I have always had pleasant experiences and have always been treated nice. The manager is super chill and everyone else is also super awesome. I always feel like I can ask for help and welcomed. I don't even have to ask for help because that's the first thing I Come across when I walk in.

Today however was a different experience by someone I haven't really interacted with. I've came across her at least 3 times within a 1 month span and each time hasn't been very pleasant. She's very rude and blunt. I let it go the 1st time because I work customer service I know what it's like to have to work on a bad day and have rude annoying customers but I always fake it til I can clock out lol. I went there today to do an exchange around 5ish and they close at 6. Today was my only day off in the past 2 weeks and needed to do the exchange because who knows when I'll have an other day again. Of course I forget my wallet but I have my receipt and took my chances. My receipt was snatched from her and didn't receive a greeting or eye contact. She was very blunt and seemed tense like as she had a very bad day at work. She informed I couldn't receive my exchange or refund because I needed to bring in the card I used. Okay no problem I asked what time it was to see if I had time to walk back home and come back she looked at me with a dead stare and said we close in 30 and walked away. ???? Uhm okay needless to say she's just a btch every time I've gotten tang up by her. And like I said I let it go because I know the feeling of not wanting to be at work but I also run a business and own property where I manage employees and customers and sometimes I don't want to deal with any of their demands and I wish I could give even half the attitude she gave me today. I didn't get her name but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if you already know who I'm talking about.

Ace Hardware, believe or not has plenty of things you cannot find at those other big stores. I needed something for an odd job which I saw in my mind only. I described what I needed to Roberto when I arrived and he immediately understood the project. He quickly showed me some options and gave a thoughtful opinion and an observation on which one he thought would work best. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. It worked perfectly for my task and,,,just as importantly I had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to go back there again. Ask for Roberto...

Came in for a screw used in my bed frame. I was helped right away. All employees are really friendly and knowledgeable. The store is small but very well organized.

I came in with a rather difficult paint order as I had a few color matches. Right away Phil helped me and made it such an easy process. Each color he mixed he checked with me for my approval. Every single one of them came out perfect and I'm so very happy with my experience. Phil provided me with superior Customer Service and I will definitely be back. Ask for Phil if you have painting needs. You will not be disappointed. They also have a nice variety of all kinds of odds and ends that you need.

It is good to know you can still count on having a neighborhood ACE. Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Anaheim Ace Hardware we choose it for the service no ""Big Box"" store can provide.
ACE is true to their slogan ""the Helpful Place, "" finally able to leave a comment the school worked 12 weeks in preparation for a school play. During mid December, purchased a few things for the play and then found needed to exchange an item. No problems, no headaches.

Our company recently moved into this neighborhood so I came here looking padlocks, to get spare keys made, etc. To be on the smaller side, this is the most organized, clean, well-stocked store of this kind that I've ever been in. And the staff couldn't be anymore nicer and helpful - from the Manager who made my keys to the Cashier who helped me with twist ties and locks. Kudos to all!!

I love my neighborhood ACE. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Their repair skills, knowledge, and execution are excellent. Jobs are completed in a very timely manner. I'm always impressed with what they are able to do in such a small store. I had an exterior lamp repaired and a just had a door re-screened and a grill added. They did a beautiful job. I'm so pleased.
