Great service on the online order and pickup. They called back in less than an hour to say my order was ready. Prices are the same or better than big box. Often have the stuff I can't find anywhere else.

First time at this establishment to get my key fix and the whole staff was so great!!! Megan helped me out w replacing the key but Kevin finished it off!! Really put time in to get the magnet out and redid my key. I was in and out before they closed @6pm. Very happy customer

I'm not one to write reviews of hardware stores but Favi and Phillip provided me with such great service. They have great customer service skills. They were warm and personable, and I felt they really wanted to help. It felt like I lived in a small town in a big city. I'll definitely be back for more things as I'm repairing my new house.

I love shopping at the local neighborhood store to help out these independent franchisees. but I don't like the lady that is in charge over there every time I go she seems to have a bit of an attitude.
The last straw was they offer something for free and she charged me tax. If something is on sale I don't pay the original taxes for what you were going to charge me I paid taxes on what I pay for. But like I said the blonde Hispanic lady has attitude b

Cursive pick up is a breeze at this location. I have placed a couple of orders online. The reps from the store call when the order is ready, and I drive up, show my ID, and drive home with my products :)

Nice and easy. Some orders have taken over a week to fill, but it is Covid season...I am not bothered or surprised by the delays.

This is a friendly and efficient store and has always served my needs. Best of all is Roberto who epitomizes all that we love about Ace hardware. He is an extremely pleasant, helpful and genuine guy who loves nothing more than to please. He has helped me on many occasions and by a combination of his great service and personal charm has been a great ambassador to the company.

The owner Tommy is awesome, and everyone is ridiculously helpful!

Aside from a few projects, I needed a window fixed and the frame was a bit problematic.

I was having a hard time trying to get it fixed but he suggested another local place to go to for specific jobs like such.

HIGH praise to this mighty small hardware store. If professionalism is measured in knowledge, this is a mega-store. Phil in a word, is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and made some strong recommendations. This is why I loathe going to Home Depot where you talk to a kid who got work on a skateboard trying answer questions about dry wall and he asks, ""You want to buy a dried wall?"" Save yourself a headache. Often the little gems you can't find at the bigger stores, you'll find here. A lot of these stores are independently owned so you are helping local business people.
High praise to Andrew, also. Phil and Andrew know their stuff.
I'll keep coming back.
