Helpful, kind, patient, fast paced
I was on a two day quest to replace a lock for a front door. Both days the store was super full, super busy, the employees remained friendly and kind while absolutely swamped with customers. I'm not kidding when I say the store was absolutely packed. Even so, the employees managed to ask me if I needed help, get me to what I needed, checked me out, made key copies, the full package.
When I came back again to make an exchange because I f*cked up they were just as busy, just as cordial, and managed my item exchange quickly with a key copy ontop.
Very grateful to this store's employees and fee like if I have to stop by again they'll sort me out quickly and kindly.

I've been going to this location for years for any help with paint, housing supplies or fixtures. Came in at 11:30am to have my window screen repaired. I was told that I will completed later on that afternoon. Wasn't a problem and told him it was fine since it wasn't too urgent. Wrong idea.... Called 45 min before they were about to close since I noticed they haven't called to pick up my screen and was told it want done and that it should be done by tomorrow and if I had brought this is around 2pm (I guess to justify that I brought it in late, umm, no. 11:30, lady). Then another gentleman came in on the phone and I informed him I was told it would be done later that day and then he says, ""Well, I wasn't the one who spoke with you."" Well, obviously not, SIR! Like how rude!"" Morale of the story ask them to WRITE out the time it should be expected if it's the same the pick up or call mid afternoon to check for the status. Wasted a whole day.

Phil the manager must've seen we needed help, he came right up and helped us locate the pieces we needed to install a water drip system and proceed the advice we needed to install it. In and out fast!

I stopped in for 3 lightbulbs and a battery and the manager Phil was amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed. he took the time to educate me about the differences between my options in a kind and conscientious way. I was even able to make a duplicate of a key - I thought that was going to be another stop on my to do list today! So quick and so efficient - I got everything I needed and was out the door in about 5 minutes. So grateful for the kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. definitely will be coming back here for future hardware needs!

Great service on the online order and pickup. They called back in less than an hour to say my order was ready. Prices are the same or better than big box. Often have the stuff I can't find anywhere else.

First time at this establishment to get my key fix and the whole staff was so great!!! Megan helped me out w replacing the key but Kevin finished it off!! Really put time in to get the magnet out and redid my key. I was in and out before they closed @6pm. Very happy customer

I'm not one to write reviews of hardware stores but Favi and Phillip provided me with such great service. They have great customer service skills. They were warm and personable, and I felt they really wanted to help. It felt like I lived in a small town in a big city. I'll definitely be back for more things as I'm repairing my new house.

I love shopping at the local neighborhood store to help out these independent franchisees. but I don't like the lady that is in charge over there every time I go she seems to have a bit of an attitude.
The last straw was they offer something for free and she charged me tax. If something is on sale I don't pay the original taxes for what you were going to charge me I paid taxes on what I pay for. But like I said the blonde Hispanic lady has attitude b
