This is one of the best places for customer service.. I went in and tried to explain my situation but it was hard . You had to see it to believe it. Well a young man came and looked at my car so he could get a better understanding of what tool I need and it gave him a good laugh. He knew exactly what I needed and just fixed it for me in less than 3 minutes
I don't know is name but he was so nice to help I had to say something here for him .. and not just today was a good experience but every time I go in everyone is very helpful

Very helpful in helping locate a transponder key (expensive though), all other items purchased very reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff.

They were super helpful and friendly! I was trying to copy some keys for my dear old gramma. We went to the dollar store first where we thought they could service us but the person that copies keys wasn't working.

As luck would have it, this place was couple blocks over and got things done it a jiffy. I didn't have any issues or concerns. My gramma was really happy by the end of this too! Major key. (Do people still say this)

I always bring with me random questions. Asked about what they could do for the battery for my car remote and they were quick to give me some pointers of what I should do before I pay someone to redo my car alarm system. I will reiterate that they were really easygoing and fast! I would give this place two thumbs up and five stars for my quick, easy and helpful experience.

Great customer service first and foremost. Gives you that old mom and pop shop feel. I loved it. So after having a car window busted into and vacuuming out the glass I decided to stop in and see what I might find to cover up the damage. This was a holiday weekend mind you. Soon as I walk in I'm asked if I need some help. I didn't know where to start and just flat out ask if they had any experience in temporarily covering up busted windows. Guy looks at my window and says yeah we can help. Might cost me a couple bucks he says. Cool, whatever I thought. Any ideas would help at this point. Long story short. This guy (forgive me I forgot his name) cuts a plexiglass in the shape of my window grabs some sealant and begins attaching it to the damaged window. I couldn't have asked for anything nicer. Besides catching the creep who busted my window.

I am always going to hardware stores either for my home or my business. This Ace Hardware is by far my favorite. I think 2 things go a long way to separating one store from another, the selection of things you need and the service. This Ace isn't as big as a lowes but it always has what I need. But the thing that stands out the most is the service. These people care that you choose to come to their store. They are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I thought I'd already done a yelp love letter to this place. I'm lucky to live nearby and they are my go to for every and any thing. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wander around there with a dazed look for no more than 2 minutes before someone comes to guide me to the target- whether it's $.39 of bolts or $395 of doors and windows, they will hook you UP.
Also- it's great to have a place you can get a window screen made to order. Or glass replaced.

Awful service my son and I walked a mile in the heat after being told they would help with my bike tire I understand they're not a bike shop but I was told I would be helped but instead I bought the tube and thank god for a stranger to help us! But as far as this store no compassion. No faith in humanity for this store

Love the store and the staff! Every time I go there someone is immediately coming over to ask if I need help. Everyone is VERY friendly and they take their time to help and answer questions. The store itself is small which I like a lot because you don't have to walk around for hours looking for something or someone to help. And prices are good too and the store is clean and organized. VERY professional!
