To show how happy I am with their service, I actually signed up on Yelp just to give them a positive review. I made an appointment for 10:30am on Sunday morning. Chris was here on time.

Clogged kitchen sink drain was the problem, Two types of industrial grade snakes proved not enough to clear the blockage. To make a long story short, a little over an hour later and the drain was free and clear. Chris even cleaned up the sewer mess in our backyard. (I didn't expect that and was impressed that he took that extra step.)

As I mentioned, it took a little over an hour but he only charged me for an hour's labor. Additionally, I found a coupon online but for some reason, the link to have it texted to me or printed was not working. I showed him the website and he accepted the coupon even though he did not know that it existed. VERY professional manners. It actually put me off a bit that he kept calling me sir. I'm not that old. ;)

Thank you Anacapa Plumbing, Chris and all the Yelpers who reviewed them. If not for you, I would probably have just called the first link that Google gave and ended up not as satisfied with the job. Will definitely recommend to friends for speed, professionalism and fair pricing. Thank you again.

I called them for a few small jobs around the house and had someone at my house within a few hours. JB came and did a great job. He was clean and efficient and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using this company.

Chris was great!! Called them in a panic because water line broke and it was raining in my kitchen. He came out right away and replaced line. Very professional and fair w pricing. I would highly recommend Anacapa Plumbing!

Called them on a Sunday morning (along with 3 other places that didn't get back to me until Monday).

He was at my house by noon. They had to call me to delay an hour because they job they were currently at was taking longer than expected. Hey, I understand that, especially since he's the only one who answers the phone on Sunday mornings :). He called again as soon as he was on his way.

Took care of the problem (toilet overflowing at the floor level, so in the pipes. He even went the extra mile to reinstall my toilet and mop the floor (he said, ""you pay for an hour so I might as well work an hour!"") RIGHT ON!

Price was about the same as last time I called roto rooter WITH a coupon and not an emergency, just a routine call. So, yeah. Anacapa is now in my contact list. I won't bother with wasting my time leaving messages elsewhere.

Excellent in all ways. I called Anacapa Plumbing because I had an emergency situation: my main water line broke Memorial Day weekend. I called Anacapa and they appeared within the hour, were honest in their assessment of the situation, repaired the problem timely, and for a reasonable price. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

I was disappointed with Anacapa Plumbing, although the service was same day. They are expensive, and the plumber was inexperienced. For changing a fitting and doing some caulking, I was charged $140. He didn't have anything with him it seems, and would need to go to the store for everything, which would cost me $97 per hour for the travel, and 20% extra for parts! I don't believe what he has done will last. He could not diagnose the problem with my faucets, and didn't fix my toilet, as he of course didn't have the parts, and would need to drive far away etc etc. They were nice and polite, but I would not use them again.

I had to write my first Yelp review ever for Jeremiah and Anacapa Plumbing. He was honest, friendly, punctual, and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and made sure not to get mud in the house.

We had a leak and now we don't - he even took a photo of the repair so we could see it fixed. Anacapa Plumbing was amazing and our plumbing issue was gone in one day! I can't say enough good things or recommend them enough - I would send anyone looking for a plumber to Jeremiah and Anacapa Plumbing!
