This is the only plumber you need. Immediate response time. Great guys. Great job. A tankless heater needed to be replaced. The two guys ( sorry, forgot their names) went to a hardware store, managed to buy the last one in stock, and installed in very little time. They cleaned up afterwards. Polite and professional. Amy was in touch every step of the way. AWESOME.

This company did a water heater and garbage disposal for me. Over all they did a good job with a few exceptions. My biggest problem was not being told a time window to expect the plumber. I started waiting about 7:30 am and they finally arrived around 3:00pm. I called but nobody could give me an approximate time. It also took a long time to install the water heater once they got here. I must admit it was a very tight install. They needed to leave and purchase a tool to complete the work. The work was done well and the plumbers were very nice respectful gentlemen. I would use this company again as long as they could do a little better job with the scheduling.

Seriously awesome company. Amy came out as soon as she could, didn't only show up on time but showed up 2 hours early which is unheard of in my past experience with pretty much any construction or a specialty service company. She was super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. And really went above and beyond to help me out doing extra work that wasn't even planned, and not charging me a penny extra for it. Not only would I hire her company again, I'm GOING to hire her again. Amy's Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing company from now on. Thanks for doing such a great job guys! (I'll text you when I get that replacement kitchen faucet).

OK apparently as soon as I posted the review, Amy called apologizing for miscommunication and how busy they are and that she would credit me. I had never spoken with her before. I changed my two stars to three stars because Dee is lovely, answers the phone very quickly and Derek the plumber is exceedingly nice. However I called them in an emergency. I was in Florida for less than a week. I sent photographs of the interior of my older Kohler toilet which included the model #. I stated if you cannot fix the interior of this toilet (running and trouble flushing) please tell me and I will go elsewhere. I was assured they could fix it. They didn't and could not. Unfortunately Derek needed a part and the wrong size flapper was installed so the water still kept running, stopping, and running again and the flushing became worse. I reported it. A part had to be ordered. Now it's my last day and ready to fly back to the West Coast the parts still apparently have not arrived. I am sad because they are nice people and it would have saved me a great deal of aggravation if they had just said they didn't have the parts. My two star review was because I was not told I would be credited for the non working toilet visit until I posted a poor review.

Prompt , courteous , efficient and clean and the cherry on the cake? A great price. We called Amy for a leak under the kitchen sink. The plastic inlet pipe sprung a leak right before the cutoff valve. We were very pleased with the response from AMYS PLUMBING. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Two employees of Amy's Plumbing came. They both did amazing work. First of all their technical expertise is perfect. They fixed three toilets perfectly. They cleaned up after the job perfectly. The customer service was great. I really appreciate your help. Thank you Amy for having great employees. They are wonderful and we have a much better house now with all three toilets fixed .
