What a disappointment. Amy stopped by to provide an estimate and a gave an available date for service that was two weeks out. I had been provided an estimate by another plumber for about the same price and who was available the following week. I told her that I may be able to wait for her since the electrical work was delayed (I was impressed by the good reviews here). She promised to send the written estimate for the work that afternoon, and I would call if I wanted to move forward. I called the next day to confirm, spoke to someone on the phone who promised she'd be in touch (and to send the estimate). Called again some days later and was promised that I'd be put on the schedule. The following week, date of promised service, there's no Amy or estimate. I call and am told there was a delay because I haven't provided a 50% deposit (???). The next service date is two weeks further out if I want it. Huh? This is on me? I'm the one doing all the following up. You've communicated nothing to me. I'm willing to move forward on a verbal estimate and assurances that you will show up, but what's with the failed promises, the runaround, and the indifference? You've generated zero revenue and a consumer who actively turned off. (And now, see the tone of the response ...) Wow

5 Star Service! I had a water heater leak and Amy asked me a few questions and was able to give me a timely and reasonable quote. We were able to schedule her service as soon as I was ready. My tenant made an error in the size of the tank and Amy was able to get the new size on the same day as the scheduled service and completed the job. She really SAVED THE DAY and is VERY customer service oriented. Even after the job she followed up in a timely manner and provided me a written assessment needed for my insurance. Thanks Amy!!!! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I will always use Amy's plumbing service! I called at 5 am and she answered. Although I interrupted her sleep she was still very pleasant. Amy told me she would call someone and they would contact me by 8. Carlos (The People's Champ) called at 8, came through fixed the problem and saved me a bunch of money. Professional, honest and quality work.. Absolutely awesome!

Here they are. The holy grail of home services - a plumber that does exactly what is necessary, does it well, and promptly, and doesn't try to gouge you for things that don't need doing. They're not the cheapest option, but remember the old saying. """"You get what you pay for."""" When it comes to plumbing, you don't WANT the cheap fix because if you GET it, you're really going to pay in the long run. I had a plumber who'd been around forever, but he retired. Fortunately, I found these folks. Never going to sweat hiring a plumber again...

Awesome!! my toilet was leaking and didn't stop running water. I contacted them and they sent Carlos who came in the same day and did a great and professional job and charged me a very decent price. Will recommend them and use their services in the future for sure

Labor Day weekend and one of our units had water coming out of the toilet and flooded the bathroom. This quickly turned into a second unit having water coming up through the bathtub. We searched online and Amy's Plumbing came up. I'm so happy we called. She was quick to respond and they were taking care of the problem within 30 minutes. She explained everything clearly and was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
