Amy and her company are one of the best I have found in the years of dealing with plumbers..I first met Amy when she worked for another company and did work for my employer..Luckily she opened her own place and is right in my neighborhood...I will say they are fair, honest and very quick to respond to your needs. Also, you can always get in touch with Amy if you need to..on another note...Amy as a person is kind and giving...if you need a plumber -DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL AMY'S.

From first point of contact it was smooth. She even answered on the weekend at 10pm when I had a question. I got an appt and a 3 hour window. The servicemen called 15 minutes before arrival and they came in and handled it in no time. I needed a new garbage disposal and they were quick and efficient. Totally worth the price and will use them again.

I am one super happy customer. Yesterday I had Amy's Plumbing complete several plumbing related issues I had with a townhouse I am getting ready to put on the market. I want everything to be just perfect and well maintained. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the work completed on my unit. The plumber arrived early and was so very courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I could instantly tell I was working with an especially competent individual. Rarely do I take the time to write a review on services such as this. However, I was so relieved to have the work done right with a plumber who knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond the """"call of duty"""" and spoke to me (an older guy) in a manner I could understand. Pricing was EXCELLENT and I even paid a """"tip"""" of a few dollars more just to show my appreciation. If and when I ever need plumbing services on my personal or rental properties my first call will be to Amy's Plumbing. I feel most fortunate to have found this company. You know when you buy a nice home and you think that many of your problems are behind you and then one day you have a problem like water coming out of your wall a plumbing nightmare!!! In these days it's so hard to find anyone that's good let alone calls you back or even shows up! Amy answered my call late Saturday night and showed up early Sunday morning to repair the plumbing leak much to my relief. She made time for me through her already booked schedule to come back again to finish the work and install new pipes so I could take a hot shower! Although I know little about plumbing, she kept me informed through her process which gave me peace of mind! Even after leaving my home, she checked in with me to make sure that all was well and that I had hot water! I believe her prices are at a minimum fair, for the work she did! WOW!!! I can't imagine what a greater world this would be if the whole service industry conducted themselves by Amy's standards!

A good friend of mine had a plumbing leak and we went through lots of sources because I've known too many bad plumbing stories, so pretty much I only do my own plumbing but we looked through all kinds of sources and reviews and found Amy's Plumbing and somehow it just felt right so I convinced my friend to call. Home run!!! This will be the only plumber I recommend to anybody I like LOL. Fast response, On time-(as busy as she is I don't know how she does that LOL), Courteous, Does a quality of work I would do for myself And, really kind on pricing! AMYS Plumbing is dedicated to do the right thing whether you watch her and staff or not! Don't spend more money with the big companies that already make too much money and try to exploit you with overcharging you instead wouldn't you boost a small business or the owner really cares and does the kind of work you would do if you did it on your own! I don't have the urge to redo any of it lmao and if you know me, you're laughing. AAAA+++

They showed up late. I never knew morning was at 2pm. They took about five minutes or less from walking in to the bathtub and say they need to do a smoke test. Why smoke test when it is clearly isolated to this location. Call a different plumber and smoke test in a condo not a good idea. Update: I have a message that clearly says morning not afternoon. In addition smoke test is for not knowing the location. Clearly it is isolated to underneath the bathroom. Update after call: Apparently another plumber could destroy my house. Apparently smoke test is a great method for a house completely enclosed in which i inform the tech. It was a free estimate but my time waiting cost me above fifty dollars or more. She says free but waiting a day for no work is a waste of time for me.

When somebody bends over backwards to help you with the problem you have with your plumbing that is the person I can give five stars to. Amys Plumbing is so honest when Amy came to the house to look at what I needed she told me that she could send me the information and I could probably fix it myself! Who does that these days ? I can't think of any business that will come out and tell you what you need and how you can fix it yourself It just so happened I didn't have the time to fix it myself . Amy came to the house ,got it done lickety-split and was in constant contact with me when ordering the parts ,getting the parts ,and even after the job was done If you need a plumber I suggest you turn to Amys Plumbing

Excellent service. Great team of honest professionals. Prompt reply to calls and messages. Had an issue with a leak under the toilet. Had received various estimates but lucked out by getting a good price over the phone w them. When I called Amys, didn't expect a 'real' Amy to show up to do the repairs! Lol! Thought that was just the name of the business but here she was - Amy herself and She was excellent!! Professional to the core. Neat and very methodical. She was training her son, who was helping out as an apprentice and I was so impressed by how patient she was! Kudos to you Amy! She also helped me with the other bathroom toilet and it's noise without so much as a frown. Very pleasant, calm and knowledgeable. Will recommend her to all of my friends and neighbors!!

I personally didn't deal with any except via messaging. My wife is the one who did. And from what my wife states Amy was professional with her and it seemed like she genuinely was trying to save us money by not having us do anything unnecessary. She came and told us she recommended we replace a specific part and told me exactly what to get and she did this without charging us. I highly reccomend the use of her business for any plumbing related issues
