I had a minor issue with my shower in my apartment, and I called on Max to come check it out. Max was prompt, cheerful, and really helpful!

He came in, helped diagnose the issue, and laid out a variety of options depending on my desired timeframe. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, and he had other jobs to run - he recommended me where I could go pick up the required parts so I could get the job completed faster. He then made some time to return to reassemble the shower for me - illustrating and teaching me along the way so that I'd be able to explain the issue to my landlord.

I'm very thankful for Max's help and had a really great experience. Would recommend!

Max recently completed some work on a home we purchased that needed some plumbing work. He replaced the water heater, extended some water lines to add a bib to the backyard, installed a laundry sink, set up washer and dryer hookups and installed a water pressure reducing valve with an expansion tank. He provided a written estimate of how much the work would cost and thought it would take a couple days. He arrived on time on Monday and got to work with all of the tools and material needed to do the work. He asked for clarification when needed to ensure placement of sink etc., but mostly set off to complete all tasks.

Max did an awesome job. He always cleaned up the work area when he was finished for the day. He finished when he thought he would and the price was exactly what we had agreed to before the work. No surprises.

I would recommend Max to anyone for plumbing work. He was reliable, honest and trustworthy and he cares about his work. The plumbing functions as it should and it looks neat. Max cares about his work and it was pleasure working with him.

I called him Friday morning and the work was complete by Saturday at noon.

Max solved a problem that other plumbers either said couldn't be solved - or wanted to solve with ugly visible pipes. He found a creative solution to help me run gas to a new furnace in a way that was elegant, fast and affordable. He got the work done quickly and to a high standard. I would highly recommend him for complex plumbing jobs!

Max does quality work and does it on time. He did a complete remodel of my kitchen floor and a down-to-the-studs rebuild of bathroom and was done on time and within the budget he set out with. He didn't try to lure me in with a low bid that crept up - he was honest about costs and made great progress.

He was easy to work with and if I wasn't sure about some items, he'd text me photos of options. He also sent me texts along the way letting me know the progress.

Best of all - he cleaned up so well and so frequently that my neighbors in the building didn't mind him being there. (We've had other contractors create piles of debris in the back - not Max!)

I really like the way Max works. He was very responsive when I first contacted him about a sink leak, and then he was prompt and professional when he showed up when he said he would. As funny as that sounds, most of the servicemen I contact usually give me a range of times when they would appear, and do so on the later end of the spectrum.

With Max, he was also very accurate on how much the repair would cost me, and made sure to get my permission when he need to do an extra repair. I highly recommend Max as a plumber, and he will be on my speed dial!

Max worked hard to do my project right. His price was competitive. The guys were fast and efficient. And he added PayPal to make it efficient for me. It was as good of an experience as replacing an entire sewer lateral, downspouts and a trench drain could be.

Guy wouldn't give me a quote until I told him what floor we lived on. Seems a little unfair to charge people for what floor they live on. When I asked how the floor I live on affected the quote, he got upset with me. I thought it was a fair question. They may have a very competent service. I will never know.
