I have had AMX Plumbing (Max and Chuck) work on several projects for me in the past few years. They installed a water heater as well as a partial remodel for a half-bath, as well as a backed-up sewer line and new piping to place a new outdoor drain in my garden. All work was extremely well-done, he always arrived punctually, and worked continuously while communicating with me the next steps. I was informed what needed to be done, was explained all options and quoted reasonable estimates from which Max never veered. I am very satisfied with the work he does as a professional who knows his business and craftsmanship, as well as his respectful attitude.
I too will be calling him for any future projects I will have. Don't hesitate to contact him!

Max is rude and extremely disrespectful! Watch out for this guy and his business attitude. He cares nothing about his clients and comes off one way joking to suck you in but, beware of the Devil. He can turn on and off in a matter of seconds.
He'll try to give you his so call Professional opinion to only get more money out of you.
He literally gets mad when you ask him questions which is an excellent sign of misleading information and to get you out of more money.
Max might know what he's doing but no amount of knowledge can take the place of being pressured into making you spend more money.
He's a huge scam artist who has mastered his craft by yelling at his clients.
He doesn't clean up after himself or respect your home.
BEWARE he also has a tendency to not give upfront market pricing. Never meet a big liar like Max before.
If that's his real name. Whenever someone is found out they act actually like him.
BEWARE you might have to have your bodyguard on hand and it's not worth the hassle of his services.
Hire someone who gives you RESPECT and good service at the same time.
Not someone who feels like they're doing you a favor by scamming you out of your hard earned money! Would give AMX a negative 0 if could BEWARE!!!!!

AMX plumbing is owned by Max Nguyen. Max is a contractor who does the work himself rather than just hire other people. He has done several projects for us over the last five years and we are completely satisfied.

Last month we decided to replace the remaining galvanised piping in our home with copper and install new showers. After reviewing the condition of the piping system, Max gave us several options. We chose an option which brought down our cost and was within our timeline.

Max is highly skilled and proficient in many areas of home repair in addition to plumbing. He is a creative thinker and can think outside the box. Max and his brother, Chucky work as a team and we will definitely be calling them in the future to do more work in our home.

You will be completely satisfied in every respect with AMX Plumbing!

Max, Chucky, and the rest of his crew are wonderful to work with. We first met Max when we needed a new water heater and wanted to go tankless. Max was quick and efficient handling a tricky 100 year old basement placement and following proper code. We found out he also does remodeling. We were so happy with his work that we hired him to do a full bathroom remodel and closet to laundry room conversion. His bid was very reasonable and we found ourselves expanding the project because we were so happy with his work. The crew has great attention to detail and are very good at problem solving as needed. They use quality materials, are prompt, always keep the job site tidy and are extremely respectful of your space and time. The only drawback is that Max is very busy and it is a small family run operation and so it often takes him a while to get a bid for new projects but AMX is worth the wait!!!

I had a minor issue with my shower in my apartment, and I called on Max to come check it out. Max was prompt, cheerful, and really helpful!

He came in, helped diagnose the issue, and laid out a variety of options depending on my desired timeframe. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, and he had other jobs to run - he recommended me where I could go pick up the required parts so I could get the job completed faster. He then made some time to return to reassemble the shower for me - illustrating and teaching me along the way so that I'd be able to explain the issue to my landlord.

I'm very thankful for Max's help and had a really great experience. Would recommend!

Max recently completed some work on a home we purchased that needed some plumbing work. He replaced the water heater, extended some water lines to add a bib to the backyard, installed a laundry sink, set up washer and dryer hookups and installed a water pressure reducing valve with an expansion tank. He provided a written estimate of how much the work would cost and thought it would take a couple days. He arrived on time on Monday and got to work with all of the tools and material needed to do the work. He asked for clarification when needed to ensure placement of sink etc., but mostly set off to complete all tasks.

Max did an awesome job. He always cleaned up the work area when he was finished for the day. He finished when he thought he would and the price was exactly what we had agreed to before the work. No surprises.

I would recommend Max to anyone for plumbing work. He was reliable, honest and trustworthy and he cares about his work. The plumbing functions as it should and it looks neat. Max cares about his work and it was pleasure working with him.
