We booked AMR to do several thousands of dollars of Ethernet, coax, and power line runs through our home. This was last Thursday. Now, less than a week later, our home is completely offline because of the shoddy work that was done. The main trunk line they re-ran for us was completely inadequately finished, leaving exposed and frayed cabling next to the cap. When we tried to tighten the connection to the cable modem, the cable fell right out of the cap and now we have no way of using any of their expensive cabling work. I have been knocked offline in the middle of a workday and I'm just shocked they wouldn't have better quality control on the termination of the MAIN CABLE into our home. I'm losing billable hours due to the negligence of the installation crew. We had high hopes after working with the sales folks and we even expanded the bid on site to do an extra power run but I am now regretting our choices as at least before we worked with AMR we were limping along with internet. Now we have none and we have thousands less in the bank to prove it.

UPDATE: It's even worse than we thought. Once the trunk line was fixed (both ends needed to be replaced) we discovered that the Ethernet lines that had been run were still dropping most packets. Had to have them remake all of the Ethernet connections they ran for us. What did we pay for? I sure hope the electrical work they suggested to us wasn't up to these same low standards, but I don't know how we would check that.

Master Electrician Kevin from AMR quickly determined the scope of work we needed to put lighting into an art studio. On the installation day he and an assistant did the job start to finish (including vacuuming the studio and the room they used to go into the attic) in well under the time they'd estimated. Fabulous guy and fabulous company that will now be my go-to for electrical work.

I recently purchased a laundry center from Home Depot, their delivery drivers would not install because the dryer vents thru the ceiling, driver told me it had to vent straight thru, a closet is on the other side of the wall. Told me to call my dryer guy. I made an appointment with AMR and they came the next day within the specified time. Besides being very good looking, Tony and Steve were very polite and very professional. They got right to work and an hour later I was able to get back to doing my laundry at home ( it has been a month as first washer/dryer delivered arrived dented). It was a pleasure to deal with true professionals and I would highly recommend!
