Tony Roma took 630 dollars from me on April 6th to replace two boiler pumps. After several issues on his end with pumps not arriving I requested a refund for parts several weeks later. After promising to refund my money several times he decided I owed him the money for his ""time"", which was coming and looking at my boiler and finding rust on the pumps and telling me they needed replacement. I surprisingly owed him exactly 625 dollars for a service call and supposedly ""bleeding"" my system which he never did because I actually paid a real contractor the following week and perform the bleed. Don't give this person ANY of your hard earned money before work is completed as he is ready to tell one lie after another until he has long spent your money. Mind you this was April 6th. It's now June 30th. I am still without heat or hot water at my primary residence due to this person's lies and manipulation. I have screenshots and forged invoices to prove his backtracking.

Tony will come in and quote you a lower price for a good reason. He doesn't know what he's doing. Don't be surprised that after he starts a project for you, that he will tell you that he can't finish it without more money.

Really, if you have him do anything for you, make sure you know what you're doing or have a pro come out after him to make sure he didn't completely screw it up.
