I called them on 11/15 to schedule an appointment to install Aquasana whole house water filter. They said they will get back to me within a day. After not hearing anything, I called them on 11/17. They said they will get back to me within a day. It is 11/24 and no word from them. You guys may be busy, but you need to make sure that you get back to your customers on time.

Edit - I read some other reviews and some other people had similar complaints. Amor's response was that ""you connected to our live answering machine"". In my case, I talked to two different REAL persons on two different occasions.

On Tuesday early morning, one of the two water heaters in my house - the larger 75 gallon model - started leaking. I shut it off. When I woke up, I noticed on the label that the manufacturing date was 1/13/2016. I called AO Smith to inquire about warranty. It turns out the unit had a 6-year warranty, and it was just 3 months short of that. AO Smith referred me to two plumbers. One of them didn't accept calls. The other was Amor Plumbing.

Amor was able to make the determination that the unit had failed, and was eligible for a free warranty replacement. I know that they spent a lot of time dealing with AO Smith to process the claim. Amor had availability the next morning. Out of 5 labor plumber quotes for picking up the new unit, hauling it off, and installing the new one, Amor came in on the high end, but one of the others was at the same number. I chose to go with Amor because it was easier as they had a direct line to the manufacturer.

They showed up right on time the next day. There were 3 men initially. They did some code upgrades. They were in and out in less than 3 hours. My husband and I both took showers in our upstairs master bathroom today.

I hope the replacement water heater will last at least as long as the old one. Unfortunately, even though it has a manufacturing date of 9/17/2021, the unit warranty does not start over, it still expires on 1/13/2022. The labor is warrantied for one year by Amor. My next water heater probably won't be an AO Smith, but I hope that's a long ways off.

Ive been wanting to replace my water heater for sometime now. Ted came out and let me know what my options are and what kind of tankless i should install. The install came out really nice and its working great- thanks!

Zero stars. I got referred to this company because my water heater is still under warranty, trust me DO NOT go with this company it is not worth it! Their service was horrible and I felt completely violated, the office manager Tonya, was aggressive, rude, and demeaning. You don't have to take my word for it, look at her responses to others on this yelp page, she never has the ""customer is right"" attitude and always points the finger in a mocking way.

I had made an appointment for a Friday and they never arrived, called several times that day with no return calls. When I finally got ahold of Tonya on Saturday she said I was informed that my appointment was cancelled Friday and would not provide proof of this and refused to acknowledge their mistake. On top of this there were several issues that we were left with when they were done. Tonya claimed they were extremely busy and would not return my urgent calls for days on end.

With all that being said about Tonya, I would like to say when Ted came out to our home he was knowledgeable and nice but he left us with more problems, for example he didn't tighten a valve under our sink properly causing it to leak endlessly and causing damage. Tonya refused to hear us out about it, instead she started yelling at us. People make mistakes, even professional plumbers but this company will not acknowledge their mistakes.

I also believe Amor Plumbing ILLEGALLY recorded my calls without my knowledge, Tonya frequently said over the phone and over text that she has recordings of some of my calls, I believe I was never informed the call would be recorded. CIPA regulations require businesses to ask for consent before they monitor a call, as well as recording it. They are violating the California Invasion of Privacy Act, I tried to reach out a while back to discuss this in a professional manor but they will not respond.

A bought a water heater from Lowe's and they scheduled Amir Plumbing to install it for me. The whole process went very smoothly.

Tonya help scheduled the installation in a proactive manner. The information needed by them was communicated clearly, no hidden fee was charged .

Ted came by and provided a professional installation service. All I needed to do was just open my garage door and signed documents at the end. Everything was nice and neat. Besides, Ted patiently explained configuration of the heater to me and offered me a free demonstration of how to perform the annually maintenance this time next year.

Our water heater stopped working. Tonya was very knowledgable, explained to me, what was covered under warranty and what may not be covered. Jerry came out within two hours, drained the water heater, changed the required parts and explained to me the entire process. Such a pleasure to work with an honest, transparent and friendly organization. I will definitely use them again and recommend where possible. Thank you and keep up the good work.

My water heater stopped working one night after hearing a loud boom sound coming from it. I reached out to Amor Plumbing via phone and their online message form late Wednesday night. First thing Thursday morning, I received both a phone call and email from Tonya letting me know what my options were.

Tonya looked up my water heater's serial number and was able to verify that it was within the serial number range that had a Whirlpool burner / gas control issue.

Within 3 hours of speaking to her, a technician was at my place starting his work. He drained out the 50-gallon water heater to remove any sediment build up and also replaced the burner and gas control. Super satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. Definitely would recommend Amor Plumbing too anybody with any water heater issues.

Wow! Amazing customer service from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Amor. Tanya, who took my call, was kind enough to inform me about a recall on my water heater, which she was under no obligation to do, thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. She instructed me on how to apply for the recall, and scheduled a technician for the same day. Jerry, the technician, was courteous, professional and took the time to explain all the repairs to me. Total time from when I called Amor to the time my water heater was back in action was literally 3 hours same day! Amazing!!

Worst company ever! They never showed up! Been with cold water for a week! My home warranty recommend this company, I called and made a legitimate appointment but they never showed up.
