My water heater stopped working one night after hearing a loud boom sound coming from it. I reached out to Amor Plumbing via phone and their online message form late Wednesday night. First thing Thursday morning, I received both a phone call and email from Tonya letting me know what my options were.

Tonya looked up my water heater's serial number and was able to verify that it was within the serial number range that had a Whirlpool burner / gas control issue.

Within 3 hours of speaking to her, a technician was at my place starting his work. He drained out the 50-gallon water heater to remove any sediment build up and also replaced the burner and gas control. Super satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. Definitely would recommend Amor Plumbing too anybody with any water heater issues.

Wow! Amazing customer service from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Amor. Tanya, who took my call, was kind enough to inform me about a recall on my water heater, which she was under no obligation to do, thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. She instructed me on how to apply for the recall, and scheduled a technician for the same day. Jerry, the technician, was courteous, professional and took the time to explain all the repairs to me. Total time from when I called Amor to the time my water heater was back in action was literally 3 hours same day! Amazing!!

Ted, and his companion have installed an A.O Smith water heater I bought at Lowes a few weeks ago. I cannot be more happy, the installation quality is excellent, they came on time, and finished the work quickly. I can highly recommend their service, and will use their company in the future.

Jerry came to my home to fix the noisy burner of my AO Smith water heater. He arrived on time fixed the problem extremely quick. He also shared nice tips on how to maintain the water heater. This guy is super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly efficient at his work.

I was referred to Amor Plumbing by the manufacturer of my water heater (State Water Heaters) since my water heater stopped working last Thursday. Since it was still under warranty, State Water Heaters helped me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue as related to a recall of that particular model. They quickly overnighted the parts and all I had to do was schedule Amor to be on site to perform the labor.

Amor has an answering service and I didn't expect a call back since I had called late in the day on Friday. We played a bit of phone tag on Monday but I was finally able to connect with someone from Amor late in the afternoon who was very well experienced in helping diagnose and validate the issue. I didn't get her name but she was very professional and gave me all of the information up front like needing to drain the water heater and examining it for potential scale which would incur an additional fee to flush. I appreciate that honesty in a company and being transparent about what can be done since this helps set my expectations on the repair that is taking place. After we went through that, she helped me set up the appointment for the very next day in a window that fit my schedule.

The very next day the technician, Jerry, called me before he arrived but I had scheduled someone to allow him into the house. After the job was done, Jerry called me back to share that the repair had been successful and that there wasn't any further issue. All in all, great customer service and I'm very satisfied with Amor Plumbing! Thank you!
