David brings over 45 years of experience in the mechanical field, managing companies throughout the Southwest as well as Puerto Rico.

With extensive experience in constructing plumbing, heating systems and air conditioning systems, David has managed various projects including health facilities in Montana, Arizona, New Mexico to assisted living centers in those areas. Our team has built campus buildings in both Puerto Rico and New Mexico drawing on our strong background in facilities for Albuquerque Public School System. We have constructed educational facilities serving the Santa Fe Public School System as well.

David started my career in home building prior to expanding into the commercial sector. Being born and raised in the construction field with extensive knowledge in understanding local needs and the ever-changing technical side of the industry.
