David has been involved in the HVAC industry, managing companies in the Southwestern part of the U.S. and in Puerto Rico.

Having extensive experience in constructing plumbing, heating solutions and cooling systems, he has supervised numerous projects that include health facilities in Montana, Arizona, New Mexico to assisted living facilities in those locations. We have constructed university facilities in Puerto Rico and New Mexico with extensive experience in working with Albuquerque Public Schools. Our team has developed school facilities for Santa Fe Public Schools as well.

He began my career in home building before branching out into the commercial contracting and service business. Having grown up in construction with extensive knowledge in the needs of the local community and the ever-changing technical side of the industry.
