David has been involved in the mechanical field, running businesses in the Southwestern part of the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

With a wealth of experience in developing plumbing, heating and cooling systems, David has managed various projects ranging from medical facilities across Montana, Arizona, and New Mexico to assisted living centers in those same regions. We have constructed university facilities in Puerto Rico and New Mexico drawing on our strong background serving the Albuquerque Public School System. Our team has developed educational facilities for Santa Fe Public Schools too.

He began his professional journey in the housing industry prior to expanding into commercial contracting and services. Having grown up in the construction field with extensive knowledge in understanding local needs and the evolving technical aspects of the industry.
