David brings over 45 years of experience in the HVAC industry, running businesses across the Southwest as well as Puerto Rico.

With a wealth of experience in constructing plumbing, heating systems and cooling systems, he has supervised numerous projects that include health facilities across Montana, Arizona, and New Mexico to assisted living facilities in those areas. We have constructed university campus buildings in Puerto Rico and New Mexico with a strong background in facilities for Albuquerque Public School System. We have built educational facilities for the Santa Fe Public School system also.

David started my career in residential construction prior to expanding into the commercial contracting and service business. Being born and raised in the construction field with extensive knowledge of the local community's needs and the constantly changing technical landscape.
