Was in the middle of a conversation and being very polite to the gentleman, and then he hung up on me. He basically said he was full for the next two weeks, and then I was in the middle of asking him a question when he hung up on me. To give him the benefit of the doubt I called him back but he did not pick up so clearly he terminated the call. That is not the way to treat people.

I am very happy with the great work and service we received from Johnny G. and Mariee. Our entry door had some very bad sap leakage and it needed to be refinished and restrained. The whole process was very efficient and professional. Upon my initial inquiry, Mariee was very polite and asked for detailed information on the door including a few photos. This was needed in order to assess the job and provide a good estimate. The turnaround time for the estimate was received on the same day which was great. We made the appointment for work and Johnny and Marie arrived as scheduled. Johnny was great on communicating each step of the process once on the job. Everything was explained in great detail including why a small increase on the original estimate was needed which made perfect sense. In summary, our door looks great and we are so happy we used Johnny and Mariee (AMI Handy Man Services). They are honest, professional, and extremely respectful. Before they left, we asked for an estimate on another project. I would definitely recommend AMI. You won't go wrong.

Johnny & crew at AMI did a great job painting our garage. It's an old wood structure that had peeling paint and age-related damage. It's obvious from the quality of the paint job that a lot of attention was given to the prep work (filling cracks, sanding, etc.). Johnny & his crew left the worksite immaculate, and even took extra steps to protect a neighbor's car from any over spray. Plus, communication about all aspects of the project was excellent. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced in a hurry and I found AMI on Yelp. He was extremely responsive, let us know exactly what his ETA was, and did a great job. The job ended up being more involved that we originally anticipated, so the price went up but he let us know and made sure we were agreeable before proceeding, no unpleasant surprises. We would def call AMI again if we need something done around the house.

Johnny is a first class professional. From the moment we connected he asked a lot of questions and requested photos etc to familiarize himself with the job at hand. Johnny then came over to assess the project and provided a very reasonable quote and insurance details, so we had no hesitation in moving forward.

Johnny arrived on time and prepped the area with dust sheets etc. You can tell instantly that this guy cares about his work and his customers. He's a true craftsman. His work is precise, neat and thorough. Johnny installed our range hood and went through multiple checks and tweaks to ensure it worked the way it should and looked its best. Johnny provided all materials as part of his quote and delivered above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier.

Fast and prompt service. I contacted Johnny after I was fed up with seeing these unused mirrors in my garage. I contacted him same day to get a quote to install the mirrors on the wall. He gave me a decent price and was able to get the mirrors up in no time. I mean this all happened within 3 hours. From the initial call, to the arrival and installation. He left the area just the way he found it. Fast, prompt, reliable, and clean service!! Before he left I had him look at future work I'd plan on doing. I'll definitely be calling him again.

I sent an email out to about 9 handyman services on Friday afternoon on replacing a hot water heater door. I had a few email replys including AMI. Johnny was very detailed in his questions regarding the project. After determining he had a great quote, I asked if he could work on a Saturday. He replied with in seconds that he could. I wasn't planning on getting the material to be ready the next day as I needed to arrange pick up of the material and was planning to schedule something out for the following Saturday, Johnny quickly responded that he could pick up the material as well. He was the the only HM service who offered to help me pick up the material made the decision that much easier.

Side note: I had previous quote from another handyman/GC service names Leoline and this company wanted to charge me up to a 50% markup to pick up the door, hence I kept looking and found AMI.

Over all, Johnny was very detailed and conscience of his surroundings. He was very sharp and had good suggestions on how to proceed that I had not thought of.

He picked up the material, completed the work and did a lil patch work of the jam at no additional charge. I would recommend Johnny to anyone who wants to have good workmanship, problem solving and quick response and service. I will definitely be using AMI again in the future. Thanks again!
