I purchased a house with very questionable plumbing and Alex has come out on numerous occasions when it has sprung a leak or I pulled a little too hard and ripped something out. Alex came to the house to evaluate our issue and give a quote. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and how prompt the response time was. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how it needed to be repaired, and scheduled a time hat fit my work hours. I am very happy with the results and thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for any of my plumbing needs.

First off, after calling several times finally was able to talk to a person. We explained our situation and He said he would call us in the morning and let us know what time he would be there. We waited all morning until 11:30 and we had to call him. He answered and said he would be there at 1. Then he called and said he would not be able to make it til tomorrow. He actually showed up the next day and found the problem. He said he would give us a quote to fix it and a quote on some other options. He called back and proceeded to say that he did not want to repair what was wrong (because of a few rusty bolts) but was willing to install a hot water heater for $2100. In my opinion this guy is out to make a quick buck the easy way and is not willing to do a little work! We ended up calling another company and they replaced the coil with no problems.
