The costumer service advise me $146 for 1st hour, they charge me $495.00 that i am disputing from my bank. He was unproffesional, no tools, no parts. I had to run to home depot to get all the parts that he needed, his helper was outside smoking and they making me pay for his present really dude? He was so arrogant and unproffesional, before they replace my faucet i have cold water not i dont have no cold water and he already saying put a hole and run a pipe through my wall for freaking what, he clog my pipping and this individual said his at my house replacing faucet and toilet for 6 hrs, not true he was late and he was in my house for 3 hours... i am really disappointed with this company, i will see them in court
