Excellent, trustworthy and fairly priced plumbers! I have used Amesos for about 5 jobs at my house over the past few years and each time I am impressed by:
1. The wonderful greeting and scheduling help from Michele. Always there for us in an emergency - same day/1 day service for emergencies.
2. The cheerful attitude and knowledgable plumbing of Stan when he comes to sort out some incredibly challenging back ups and floods. Great at problem solving.
3. The fair pricing and willingness to go the extra mile.
4. The honesty on pricing and solution options.
5. Never tries to sell me services/products that I don't need.
I will only ever use Amesos!!

These guys are terrible. I recommend you look elsewhere as there are many quality outfits. Amesos messed up reconnecting my house to the sewer line, resulting in raw sewage flowing across my back yard for a week while I waited for them to come back. Fortunately I had not issued final payment before noticing the stench. I doubt they would have come back. Unbelievably, they then proceeded to hound me for immediate payment, three different guys were calling me. Once I was comfortable that the sewer system was working again, I took a call from their smarmy dispatcher to let him know that I had mailed a check. He refused to apologize for their mess up, and would not even ask me if the sewer was working again. I asked him why he was souring the situation further. Their field guy worked hard and the office could have smoothed things over.

Best possible plumbing experience!

The lady on the phone was very informative, helpful, and polite.
The man who came was knowledgable and explained to me what was going on with our pipes. He also had a calm and kindly demeanor and tone of voice.

We had Amesos do a sewer lateral inspection, and after a pre-emptive warning, they were unable to get the camera around the bend, gave up and charged us $150. They then offered another approach for a further $700.

We called Trenchless Titan who offered to do the full job for $150, with no fee if unsuccessful. They got it done quickly and efficiently.

This guys are legit. Excellent service over the phone with multiple phone calls trying to help me while I'm at Home Depot. Guy showed up on time, worked quickly, was very professional.

They were awesome!
Left a message this morning, call was returned within the hour and service technician came an hour after that! Fixed the problem in about 25min.
Worth every penny and now I don't have to deal with complaining to my husband to fix it anymore!

Rude customer service. I asked if a plumber could call (at their convenience) before the visit to determine whether I should have the plumber or dishwasher person first and the receptionist acted as if this was nearly impossible, and inconvenient. I don't think it was an unreasonable request.

Mark came out and installed a new TOTO toilet.. he did a great job, had it done in no time... reasonable rates.. I will call them on any job that may come up.

Very friendly service.
Very good work and good about communicating what was necessary and what was involved in the fixes.

I have had Mark from Amesos at my house three times and he is always on time, very friendly and does great work.

Fair disclosure, I have only had them do basic work. I have no knowledge of how they do bigger jobs but I would expect larger jobs to be equally well done etc

The branch line in our San Rafael house backed up and I had called another plumber, the ones who replaced our main sewer line just weeks before. Our experience with them wasn't great and we weren't sure how much we could trust them and their pricing so we called Amesos as well.

What a great experience! They were professional all the way around and cheaper than my first plumber. Plus they were proactive so I didn't have to follow up with them on things. They even noticed that something was missing from our sewer job so I had to call our first plumber to come and fix it.

Granted, this was a smaller job but I really wished I had known about them earlier for our main sewer line.
