They arrived at our door at 9:30 and were done in about one hour. I was very impressed by their skill. So folks, if you need help with plumbing problems, look no further. I called this plumbing to help with a back up in my downstairs bath only yo find out it was more serious (sewage overflow due to failed pump). I'm new to all this and like to ask questions. The one guy who came out (Sean?) was so condescending. He also got upset as my pump and tank was not easily accessible to check. Hey the house is 70 years old, I didn't put it there since I just bought the house. Not sure I would use them again which is a shame since my first experience a year ago was great. But they did refer me to a great Sewage company to help me which was great.

Amesos Plumbing came out to replace the leaking drain pipes under
our sink. One developed an actual hole! In any case, they replaced
the pipes and we're as good as new again. I like this company very much. Very clear information, polite, clean up comletely. I highly recommend them.

Last month we had a clogged drain that was due to a ton of roots and a partially collapsed drain pipe. Kudos to Roni for his persistence in ultimately clearing and repairing the portion of collapsed drain pipe in our backyard. It has since rained several times and water is no longer filling up the drain.

Their foreman came out to look at a leak on our bathroom wall. He was the only one out of many people we asked who identified the problem. It didn't require plumbing services but if I have another problem again I'd definitely call them to diagnose.

A building permit application triggered a sewer lateral inspection requirement that many plumbers cannot handle. We also heard horror stories from friends who encountered problems with service providers so we conducted a thorough search for what we hoped would be the best choice. Our plumber referred us to Nico at AMESOS and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received. When you need emergency sewer work in San Rafael, you MUST call around until you find someone who can respond quickly. I was amazed at how many other plumbers who couldn't come over in time alteratively recommended i call Amesos. These guys are the plumbers that OTHER plumbers suggest you try.

Nico and the rest of the team ere quick to make us a priority. We had just gotten a $8600 bid from another well known San Rafael plumber (who sends a sales person, not a plumber to your home). Something didn't smell right (literally) and so I called around. I'm so glad Nico and the others told me what was actually wrong with my pipes.

The issue wasn't even in the house; the tree roots grew into the sewer lateral. For $800, they pulled the roots out, snaked the block, and then told me how to keep it clear myself moving forward.

Then they worked with my home warranty to get $725 of it covered! I can't believe these guys. I'll never use another plumber in San Rafael.

Amesos just finished a sewer lateral replacement which they took over from another contractor and the difference in experience was night and day.
1. Nicco Pinocci who did the inspection and estimate was very thorough and detailed oriented and was transparent about the risks.
2. He was very collaborative and worked with us to ensure our neighbors' requirements were met.
3. There was fluent communication throughout the project
4. They sent experienced workers who finished the work flawlessly within busget and timeline, with no surprises
