Beware, is not licensed, will try to price a job at licensed contractor rates and more. Not professional in my opinion (brother is a contracator) will not write up an estimate, felt disrespected and not treated fairly.

We had water pouring into our bathroom from one of the latest storms. Americo and his crew came in and quickly fixed the leak and removed the damaged drywall. After letting the interior of the ceiling dry for a few days, they came back and put in a new ceiling and painted everything. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and thorough.

I needed a bathroom sink replaced and some neighbors suggested I call Americo for handyman services. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a very friendly and helpful Americo who made an appointment for the very same day.
He provided a quote on the cost to purchase and install the sink the very next day.
He was detailed and made sure there were no leaks or blockages in the line. In less than 24 hours from the time I called, I had a new bathroom sink.

Americo was timely and did a great job in helping us out on short notice! Our garbage disposal was rotted and he did a great job getting all the parts to replace the disposal and fixing things up all in under two hours. Americo already had me laughing on our first phone call and his time here was just as entertaining. He came the same day and replaced my old, leaking kitchen faucet. When it turned out the flexible pipes under the sink also needed replacing, he returned to the store for materials and charged a small, reasonable (pre-approved) addition for the extra time.

He showed up without a mask and when I asked him to wear one, he rushed back to his car and wore it the whole time he was working.

Next week he will be back to repair some cracked window caulking that leaks rain into the house. He'll continue my roof gutter cleaning job -- a task I gladly pass on to him -- and will fix a warped sliding screen door. Now I'm thinking of more jobs he can do. It's great to find a responsive, hard-working handyman.
