Kary L.Ron and Mike are the best! 5 years ago I moved to Missouri and didn't know a handyman I could trust. I called Ron, over the years, he and his crew fixed electrical, refrigerator and dishwasher in my newly purchased home. they showed up ""Same Day"". I rented my house out, renters left without informing me after they turned off power and water, until until 30 days later...in the coldest winter in Missouri...the whole underneath plumbing in house was frozen and broke.. I called Ron, that day Mike went out, took at look, sent me pictures. These guys coordinated with realtor, water company , fixed all the other surprises that were left, took heater filters off front porch and then put filter in, help pick up trash from property. And cleaned up previous items left below house to get ready for inspection. I was sent pictures and kept up to date. All while I was 1500 hundred miles from there! ALL done in 7 days start to finish, and the price was very affordable. now I call that GREAT customer service. Very appreciative of all their help. I would recommend theses guys every day of the week

Rod S.Very responsive however not very helpful or competent. Bad diagnosis of problem with appliance. Didn't seem like they were much interested in doing repairs. The advice they gave was basically ""go buy a new one"". They do not do warranty repairs. Save your money. I do not recommend calling this company when in need of emergency repair.
Natalie H.The company is called America's Same Day Service now, but it's the same nightmare. They are ""parts chasers."" They really have no idea how to diagnose or fix things. They just keep trying to change out parts. I figured out they didn't know what they were doing after they didn't even know how to turn my fireplace on. I called a real fireplace repairman and the repairman told me they left a lot of items messed up and replaced a part that didn't need replaced. I would say, don't hire these people. They really need to find a different line of business.
