Woke up to an awful sulpher smell coming from our garage - a quick Google search told us it could be the water heater. Thanks Yelpers for leading me to America's Plumbing! They were able to have Dave Hill come by within a couple of hours, and he could not have been more helpful or thorough. He ruled out the water heater as the culprit and even busted out a ladder to sniff around the air outake for the water heater. Long story short, it looks like we may have a sick car instead of a sick water heater! After spending 30+ minutes poking around, Dave was nice enough not to charge us. We'll definitely call these guys again whenever we need plumbing help.

We were referred to America's Plumbing by another plumber, who didn't work on Sundays. We called their switchboard on Sunday morning, seeking help with the nastily clogged line from our laundry that was backing up into one of our showers. Bobby was here, earlier than expected. He went back to his shop to get the equipment he needed and stayed here until he'd derooted and declogged the line. He also checked the other line, to make sure it would continue to run smoothly. At all times, Bobby was pleasant and professional. Would we use them again? Most definitely. The cost was much better than we expected and Bobby did an outstanding job.

I used this company again to replace a couple of water shutoff valves. They took care of the work quickly and it's been several months now with no issues. They are still my go to plumber.

Quick response time and fast repair. Used yelp deal to save some money too. Service tech was clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would use again.
4 Stars for a job well done.

I gave this company 2 stars because I thought the cost to replace a leaky hose bib was exorbitant at over $157. That didn't even include the new hose bib, as I had already purchased it, and the repair took about 10 minutes. I agree with another reviewer that the repairman was rather pushy in checking for leaks inside the house, then asking where the water heater was so he could flush it. He claimed it was a free service. I would have preferred to only have the service that I asked for and pay half the cost, since he took just as long providing the unrequested and unneeded services. On the positive side, the repairman came within a couple of hours after I had called, and at the time that it was scheduled . I regret that I didn't seek a handyman to do this repair, as it probably would have been half the cost or less.

I've gotten multiple estimates and I know that their prices are competitive, but the reason I'll give them the job is the quality of the people I've met. I've needed to have people come out for estimates twice now, and both times the guys were expert, considerate, and made me feel comfortable that they were going to be thorough without taking advantage of me. The work hasn't been done yet, but they give me confidence that it will go well and I have no concerns about having them here for a big bathroom remodel job.

We had sewage coming up out of our downstairs toilet and tub. I called America's Plumbing and the receptionist who answered was very friendly and explained the costs and process very clearly.
James showed up within 20 minutes, took a look at the problem, gave me an estimate and started the job immediately. He was quick, courteous and tested all the toilets/tubs and washer to make sure all the pipes were working before leaving.
I was dreading calling a plumber after hearing so many horror stories, but after calling America's Plumbing, I have a go-to company for any future plumbing issues.
Thanks, James - you rock!

First of all, my husband tried to unclog our kitchen sink before we had to call the plumber. Plunging, snake, baking soda and vinegar boiling water nothing worked. James came out had it fixed in no time. Used coupon on their website. Hardest part was picking a plumber so we went to yelp and because of positive feedback on America's Plumbing and the professional person that answered our call we are glad we chose them.

I called them last year after a different small business failed miserably af repairing the outside irrigation at my houe. America's Plumbing Company fixed the problem that the previous small business (Sprinkler Pros -- I do not recommend!) made worse. Given the amount of water that was leaking from the irrigation system, James told us to give it some time dry out...after several weeks (it was summer), it was still a muddy mess. So, I called America's Plumbing Company back, and they addressed the issue a second time...and I wasn't charged for the second visit because it was at the same point of repair as the first visit.
I love America's Plumbing Company! They stand by their work.

I called on a Sunday for help with a plugged drain. I am a property manager and new tenants just moved in and when you flush to toilet it overflowed and water came up in the tub. I called my plumber who failed to pick up so I called America's and a nice lady answered and David showed up within 15 minutes. He shot a snake from the clean out into the house found roots and cleared the drain. He also reseated an old toilet and replaced the rusted bolts and the wax ring in less than 30 minutes at a price that I thought was not only reasonable but low. They even drained my water heater for FREE!
From her on they are the only people I will call for my rentals. A shout out to David their technician, He was great.
thanks again
