Was able to make a quick appointment, but my plumber not only could not clear my drain, but had not real solution to do so. He was guessing and his lack of confidence showed he had no idea, but suggested he do the same thing for another hour. I have used America's Plumbing in the past and had no issues, but this technician was definitely lacking the skill set needed to complete the job. That being said, I paid over $200 and I am in the same place I was before I called.

Edit: And this ones a DOOZY - read the history below for context but if you only read one thing - read this! So apparently, they DO have general liability insurance. Do I know that because they gave it to me willingly? NOPE! In fact they instructed their staff to lie to me (they have caller ID) when I called asking for it after being misleadingly told by the owner that I could find it on the SCLB. Their staff told me they do not have any. So, I had a family member fain interest in their services and require it in advance. BOOM a whole copy of a GL certificate with contact info and all! Of course, I filed a claim. What's absolutely hilarious is what happened next. The Owner's Kelly and Bryan provided a blanketed response to the BBB and SCLB - only AFTER their insurance contacted them, but get this - they LIED knowingly and rewrote the entire situation stating that my vanity was already moved away from the wall when Jorge got there and that now my husband helped Jorge move it back. That's not the funny part - the part that just tickles me inside is that they provided their OWN PROOF that they were lying already to me. The report they gave me post service showed before and after images of my plumbing and in both images my vanity was up against the wall. I won my claim they fought so hard for me to even be able to submit and now its going to cost them way more money than it would have if they just worked with me in the first place instead of flat-out denying liability and bullying me. Contract with these folk at your own risk but their services are a dime a dozen and know going into it that the entire staff is corrupt, they will lie to you - their own insurance - and state agencies knowingly and willingly. Jorge apparently wrote and signed an affidavit too - so they are all just big ol' liars.

this company is awesome!! I called and described the issue with my homes sewer lateral the lady was very nice and put me on the phone with a very nice and experienced guy named Tom after I gave tom the details he instantly knew i would need to get in touch with sac county sewer district for repairs so he actually called them with me on the phone and helped create a ticket for emergency services. the fact that after he realized only sac county sewer would be authorized to do the repairs and he still went out of the way to make sure me and my family were taken care of meant a lot to me!! I will definitely be contacting this company for future plumbing service needs. I haven't experienced this level of customer service from any company thanks Tom!

We cannot say enough good things about America's Plumbing Co and specifically John G. Edwards.

He switched the fittings in our water heater from galvanized metal to brass and did a beautiful job. He also installed a whole house water filtration and softening system that we had already purchased on our own along with a pressure regulator. Both jobs were done within the time and price quoted and were done beyond our expectations.

Not only was John's price the best one we received out of 3 quotes but he was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Good communication, responsive to our needs, offers great advice and solutions, very professional and respectful. His customer service is top notch and we are very happy with him and APC.

Prior to this job we had APC come out to repair our main that was leaking as an emergency on a weekend. They sent someone right away and that tech also did an outstanding job.

We will continue to call APC for all our plumbing needs.

I've been working with America's Plumbing on our 2 properties in downtown Sacramento and River Park Sacramento for years. They've done 2 sewer lines, re-pipe, garbage disposal and other projects. They've always been very good communicators and hard workers. I've worked with Rick most of the time and he's been great.

Our toilet had been having issues flushing for almost 6 months. I requested a appointment through America's plumbing co online and received a call to schedule in home consultation within a few hours. I was able to get a same day appointment and was told weekends were at no additional charge if a weekend appointment was preferable. Our plumber Tony called me in advance to let me know is eta. Once Tony was at our home he was friendly professional and very knowledgeable about what was needed to resolve our issue. Tony was able to explain the process so precisely to my husband that we needing up being able to resolve the issue ourselves saving over $300. The fact that Tony took the time to explain the issue without just going straight to doing the work showed not just his integrity but the integrity and quality customer service of the company. I will definitely refer family and friends to America's Plumbing Co and return in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you for your honesty and integrity it is greatly appreciated and refreshing!

Broken exterior water pipe. They were efficient, respectful, and professional. Cleaned up and one would never know there had even been extensive work done. EXCELLENT!
