I had serious problems with my old sewer line-- two spots where roots had weaved their way into the pipe and clogged it to the point where snaking the line was no longer effective.

Brandon came to my house and analysed the problem right away and offered me the options and estimates. He was very professional and ethical and the prices he quoted were quite reasonable. Moreover, he was a human dynamo when it came to time to dig up the line and put new fittings in. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work harder or with more speed.

I would highly recommend Brandon for any plumbing job. He was a consummate professional!

They are the best guys I have ever had. We are deaf couple and they are so good with us and they don't know sign language but they do write down and communicate with us with great eye contact

Americas Plumbing Company was the first company I called. Nick, plumbing technician was 20 minutes early. He worked tirelessly to open my plumbing blockage. He continued even when his recommendation to the homeowner was to install a clean out and they declined. One last snake and my drains were flowing. Thank you Nick and Americas Plumbing. Now that my home has been rebuilt, should I have problems I will call and again ask for Nick.

I also had an opportunity to speak with a manager, Todd, about the job performed on the property. I am very pleased with his review of the matter and his courtesy and professionalism to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a leaking water heater and decided to replace both units in our home. We visited Home Depot, talked with a sales associate who took our information, but never heard back from the contractor. After waiting a few days, we visited Lowe's where we purchased two units and paid for installation, being assured by the sales associate that the contractor would be able to accommodate our busy work schedule. Although the Lowe's contractor did contact us, he made it very clear he did not work on Saturdays or after 5:00. In fact, we learned much to our dismay Lowe's has no contractors who could come out on Saturdays without an additional charge. To say the least, we felt deceived by the the sales associate who processed our order. We called America's Plumbing on a Saturday morning and Nick arrived at our home to survey the job at about 11:00. After providing a thorough explanation of the materials needed and a very reasonable estimate for not only the water heaters but also the installation, we were shocked to hear Nick could perform the services immediately. He did a terrific job. He explained each step to us and demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. He worked tirelessly until 8:00 p.m. We found him to be professional and truly a nice guy. We wholeheartedly recommend Nick for all of your plumbing needs.

I called to get a second bid on a problem with root intrusion in my sewer line and was fortunate enough to speak with the owner of the company Mike Allison who spent over half an hour on the phone with me educating me about the problem at hand. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident that his men can tackle the job with minimal to none surface dig up which saved me a large amount of money. Americas Plumbing also provides their customers with a virtual video of what the pipes look like before the job and after the job and Mike went over the video with me as we watched it together so he could explain what the findings were. I also received a follow up phone call from the company making sure all was well.
I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honesty and affordability and quality work.

DO NOT USE AMERICAS PLUMBING!

Americas plumbing is run by someone who obviously doesn't know how to operate a business in today's day and age. The service tech was a great guy. Timely and quick got the job done and was a nice guy. That's however where the positive from this company ends. I had a clog two weeks before Christmas...the clowns in their office didn't try to charge my card for over a week..the week before Christmas they did this and admittedly my finances were a little off and their was a problem with the payment. I called to question as to why it took them so long to charge a card they had the info from for over a week. Then I got passed around the office phones between everyone who had no answers. Then I get Mike on the phone...now I'm assuming he's the owner or office manager because only someone in that position would open their mouth and say the things he did to a customer without fearing retribution.
Mike proceeded to call me a 'punk' and a few other completely disrespectful and inappropriate names while on the phone with him for only a few short mins. He felt he needed to 'tell me a few things' and said I had no idea what I was talking about because he's been running a business forever...news flash I've been operating successful BUSINESSES for more than a decade. And I never have committed the following.. He then proceeded to THREATEN ME WITH VANDALISM TO MY HOME AND PLUMBING. I don't know where in business it's ever ok to threaten your clients with violence and vandalism. There was a disagreement about payment and instead of trying to explain why it took them over a week to handle a simple task of running a credit card they decided it was ok to try and strong arm a customer...the BBB is also hearing about this experience and I hope no one gives this Stone Age company any more business so the ones that treat their customers properly will thrive because this one deserves to shutter.

Please give your business and hard earned money to a company that actually cares about its customers.
