I called America's Plumbing at 11 am and the job was done by 115 pm the same day. Joe was very helpful and willing to teach me about the job. He let me know what I should do to prevent the problem and how to fix it. Although he taught me how to fix it, I still will call him again because he knows what he's doing. Joe was very friendly and actually helped me out with the pricing. He usually chargers a certain amount but helped me out and lowered it a bit. Deffinately will use America's Plumbing again (although hopefully my plumping doesn't go down.) Thanks Joe.

Joe was very impolite, smelled of hard liqueur from the night before I'm sure. He kept looking at my chest when he needed to talk to me and he also did a piss poor job on my sink. I had to hire another plumber to fix his errors, so they could fix what was originally wrong with it. I was told this company and Joe were professional. They must be drinking buddies or something. Beware of this company big time.

I highly recommend Joe from America's Plumbing!! My husband is pretty handy and tries to fix our plumbing issues himself, but got too frustrated when our toilet kept leaking (internally). I called Joe and he came by to check out our leaking toilet. My husband had already replaced all of the parts on the toilet himself - Joe was very impressed with the job and just saw one additional part that needed to be replaced that my husband had missed. He gave us the part name, and didn't charge anything for the service call, since he knew my husband would be able to fix it himself.

What great service! I gave him money for gas, but he wouldn't accept anything more. I will definitely use him for bigger jobs in the future. Nice to have an honest repair man!

Expert work, professional service, and honesty are the best ways to describe Joe. I've used Joe at America's Plumbing every since I bought my house in 2005. There was no reason to use anyone else for any of my plumbing needs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY! Joe is an absolute disgrace to this company. We called our landlord about a leak over our washer and dryer, he came over and assessed the leak, left to get a part to fix it, and we were thrilled about how quickly he was getting things done. About 1.5 hours later we came downstairs to discover water all over our garage. According to Joe, due to the ""emergency"" (even though he had time to leave and get a part) the water got all over. We are in the process of a move and due to his negligence, over 200.00 in moving boxes, an 86 year old family heirloom, my husband's hockey gear, and potentially our washer and dryer were destroyed. After we discovered this, my husband asked him why he just didn't ask us to move our things and he got extremely hostile, yelling profanities at my husband. I am extremely appalled at his behavior and I hope nobody in the future has to deal with him. Whatever the case may be, bad mood, bad day, nobody should treat a customer this way. What a shame. Good luck with your business Joe, you are going to singlehandedly run it into the ground.

After Christmas dinner had water leaking fast under sink. Couldn't spot problem. Called America's Plumbing based on Yelp reviews; very glad I did.

The office did charge a service fee ($49) in advance because I told them I wanted to pay by credit card and they couldn't do that from the field. Said they can normally respond in an hour but it would be about two - three hours today due to high number of calls. Joe arrived on time after calling ahead and almost immediately found the problem was just a loose faucet head (retractable faucet with hose) that had come almost entirely unscrewed (boy did I feel stupid -- I had looked everywhere for a problem underneath but didn't think to check the retractable faucet head up above). He tightened it and that was that. There was nothing wrong with it and he charged me nothing further.

I am VERY satisfied as he could have taken advantage and ""found"" a problem in the faucet assembly, but he didn't. I appreciated the honest, quick service. The basic service fee was entirely reasonable in my opinion. Thank you!

I just used Americas Plumbing to come out and install a gas dryer. They arrived within 10-15 min of my call, and had the job done in 10 min. He also gave me very helpful advice on how to set up the drainage for the washer. He was quick, polite, and because the job was small, said I could pay him for gas and that was it. This blew me away! I expected a $60-$100 minimum. They deserve more than 5 stars! I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue. I could not be more impressed with their service.

Hands down, a very well deserved 5 star review! Joe is awesome. After waking up to a flooded living room, kitchen, and dining room, needless to say, it was full on panic mode at 8am. After having a nightmare of an experience with a ""major"" plumber that made seem like a bigger issue than it was, and tried to nickle & dime me over literally EVERYTHING, I got online and found America's Plumbing. Joe came to the rescue within the hour! He not only took care of the matter, but did it within minutes and for a fraction of what the prior plumber wanted to charge. He did exactly what needed to be done, without trying to up sell me on extras, and charged exactly what he had quoted.
Joe was not only professional, but sympathetic to the situation and extremely friendly & honest. For anyone that has any type of plumbing issue, TRUST ME - call Joe, you won't regret it. Thank you JOE! You rock!
