I had called to get 2 valves replaced under our kitchen sink just to start, Ellie did a great job with appointment my problem is the plumber that had come out to fix the problem ""Chad"". Before he showed up he had called and asked about the valves and I said I had no idea what he's talking about cause I don't do plumbing and he said to me, ""he didn't think I knew what he was talking about"" and had attitude. He then shows up and I told him I didn't want to break the copper lines and he said to me ""that's a way of being lazy"". From this point it got worse. My wife and 2 grown sons were there and heard it all and one of my son's had to walk out. My wife said she wanted a new dishwasher and Chad looks at my wife and I and said,""I need a new wife"". Then he proceeded to talk about in his words referring to women as Ho's, bitches and so on. I will continue to use America's best plumbing but will never have Chad come back out if he continues with company. Don't let one bad apple ruin your company

Bakersfield, CA - Over the past week I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing an emergency plumber to stop a water leak that occurred in a kitchen wall and flooded out the adjacent room in a rental property in Bakersfield, CA. Chad responded immediately and was able to coordinate efforts with the water mitigation team to stop the leak. He actively responded the next morning to provide follow-up work finalize the repair as an additional part was needed. Chad is straight forward and clearly communicates exactly what needs to happen and what needs to be done to fix it. A week later, I had a water leak at another rental property and I promptly called Chad. He came within 30 minutes and temporarily fixed the leak and recommended a full re-pipe because the same water line had been repaired 3 times. I find Chad to be honest and reliable.

Plumber Chad was late and eventually called me with an attitude. He asked me where I was located and what the problem was. I told him that my kitchen sink was leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. He cut me off and said I needed a new garbage disposal. I asked if he could still come and take a look and he replied if he has to. I then told him to forget it and I will talk to his boss tomorrow. The then yelled ""f*** you mother f****er"" and hung up on me. A company that employs such a worker does not deserve my or anyone else's business. Horrible experience!

My husband called this company to come out on a Saturday to fix a couple of drains that were plugged and pipe work. We made an appointment for them to come out the following Saturday between 10am and 12pm. They never showed up or called so at 12:30pm, my husband called to see where they were. They said they had a plumbing emergency and couldn't come. So, we re-scheduled for the following Saturday and guess what? they never showed up again. No calls or anything. This is very unprofessional as far as I am concerned. I will never call them again.

We had a clogged hose between the dishwasher and garbage disposal that was causing a leak under the sink. I called for service and asked how much the service call would be. I was told that the technician would provide a free estimate. The technician came and fixed the problem within 20 minutes and told me that it was $170. I asked about the 10% off coupon on service calls and was told that the price he gave me was already cheap. I called the dispatcher to pay the bill. I asked her about the ""estimate"" and was told that I saw the technician completing the work and if I wanted an estimate, I had to stop him before he did the work. She also said that the job should have cost $225 and so I would not get the 10% discount. Beware. They are very deceptive in their pricing. (I gave 2 stars because they responded quickly and the work was satisfactorily completed.)

Had a partial repipe done on my house. They cut the water line that provides water to the backyard. I called to see about having them fix the issue they created and have gotten nowhere. They do not seem to have time to fix issues they create when providing service. This was 2 months ago. It seems by reading some reviews that they don't care to correct or deal with whatever damages or issues they cause once they get paid.

Very professional and always friendly! I have used this company for a few years now as needed. They are always friendly, do their best to accommodate when their busy, very knowledgeable staff.
