One of my rental properties got vacant and I contacted Americana Plumbing Experts, a gentleman named Gary promptly responded and showed up on the dot the following day with his assistant. He checked my plumbing and advised me that I indeed needed my sewer lines to be re-lined just as I suspected. His service was exceptional, and pricing was more than fair. Extremely satisfied with work ethic and impressed by his state of the art latest technology in tools, I will definitely contact him for all of my future plumbing jobs.

If I could give Gary 10 stars I would! His work exceeded far beyond my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their plumbing. His response time was unbelievably fast, the work he did was very professional and clean, and he was very attentive. I had a main line blockage and he took care of it with such ease that it showed how knowledgeable he is when it comes to his trade. I usually don't do reviews unless something really bad or really good happens. I found these guys through a Facebook add and I figured it couldn't be that bad to try them out for the price they were advertising ($400) for hydro jetting and sending a camera Thru the lines. Checking the lines with a camera usually cost about 150-200 depending on who you call, at least that's what I paid last time I called someone to inspect the lines. I messaged them on Facebook and they told me that it was free to come out and inspect the job. They, two gentlemen, showed up and and quickly got to work after verifying the price for the job. They kept working straight for over 4-5 hours trying everything to get my lines cleared up from the tree roots and dirt filling up the lines. They were very patient, professional and kept me uprises of everything happening. I would definitely recommend you give them a call and schedule a consultation. They are very reasonably priced and super professional. They cleaned up after they were done so my neighbors won't complain about the dirt on the curb. This has been my experience with them.

Incredible hydrojetting work. I found them on nextdoor.com where lots of local residents sang their praises. I had root-infested mainline (there are hills and tons of foliage/trees around our local city-sewer) and Americana posted a $399 hydrojetting special. I contacted them around 7:15 pm one night and Gary called me back super soon thereafter. We scheduled it for the next mid-morning. I was blown away at their readiness and availability, bc a month before I contacted Americana, I had another plumbing back-up, with sewage emerging from my clean-out after every flush or shower. At the time I contacted another co., Papa's Plumbing , because they dropped off a coupon. That coupon gave me the ""right"" to ""only"" pay $450 PER HOUR for them to hydrojet my sewer main. They spent an hour on it and told me they got out as much as they could, given their difficult access to my pipes via an inconvenient clean-out location, bla bla bla. Well as you can see, a month later, it backed up AGAIN. I scheduled a warranty-re-visit w/Papa's, but they pushed it due to what they claimed was Covid causing chronic staff absenteeism. They finally gave me a date (about 5 days after my initial call) and then cancelled THAT one, saying my tech was out sick. Meanwhile, Americana to the rescue, who worked and worked and worked it, for about 3-4 hours. They charged me NOT by the HOUR but by the job. They shot it on camera, showed me the footage of the before and after (they got it CLEAN!) and then sent me a link to a youtube post of my footage. So dialed in!!! They got suuuuuper dirty doing my ""crappy"" work but NEVER complained. I gave them $100 tip because I realized just how much they deserved it--in comparison to the other plumber. Fortunately, after much back-&-forthing, the other plumber sent me a refund check.
Also: the camera showed a cracked city-owned clay pipe and a back-up on their end. YOU can just BET I contacted L.A. Bureau of Sanitation to clear it out and AMAZINGLY they showed up right away! Gary was able to show the city's lead worker the footage proving they had a back-up. INCREDIBLE!!

Upshot: my problem will not go away. Roots are gonna keep growing, through the city's clay pipe cracks. But turns out the homeowner's responsible for the part of the city's pipe that shows cracks. It's a shame the city doesn't change THEIR pipes to ABS. What are they waiting for?! So I was advised by several plumbers to have those pipes lined with a plastic they use, to prevent roots from EVER getting in. That's next on the agenda. It's a big, pricey job. Gary provided me w/an estimate, and I'll compare it against another. The plot thickens, literally & figuratively.....!

In short, call Americana. They da best!
