I know what is good workmanship when I see it and Manny exceeded my expectation. Manny looked for the cleanout and found another cleanout that I wasn't aware of. He inspected both of them by using his camera, hydro jetted, and used the camera again to inspect. He found some roots that the hydro jetting wasn't getting rid of and he called Gary to bring his tools to cut the stubborn roots. The price is fantastic and now I have a piece of mind that there wouldn't be any backup. Manny was professional and went above and beyond to ensure the work is clean.
