We had both our only toilet and shower with a backed up drain that started flooding our place and called Gary at Americana Plumbing and within about twenty minutes after my call at 8:30 PM he was at our house and saving the day. He found the problem in our main line, rooted out the roots causing the issue and fixed our issue. Knowledgeable and communicative during the process. Great job and came when we needed him.

Gary is amazing! I sold a house for a client in LA and needed some work done - and quickly - for a sewer and to get a permit. These guys deserve 5-stars for their hard-working, honest, and fair pricing for same-day service today! Gary and his partner arrived on time (early actually) to begin at 9am. They did an awesome, thorough job hydro-jetting our sewer line, and even switched methods to clean the smaller, stubborn roots. They were happy to let me watch and learn what blockages they saw on the video scope.

They also snaked the kitchen cleanout and slow draining bathtub, per my request. They're also going to send me quotes that I requested for a new kitchen sink p-trap and water filtration/softener installation.

Both were courteous and super respectful. Thank you for your service, Gary and your partner.

Choosing to work with Americana Plumbing is one of the best decisions i've made. We had a burst pipe which was leaking water all over our press and kitchenette. We have a bunch of delicate equipment in our studio, so it was CRITICAL that we fix this problem ASAP.

The head plumber, Gary, answered the phone immediately, even though it was late at night. Not only that, it was a holiday weekend!! Other service techs wouldn't have even bothered. He walked me through the process of turning off the emergency water cut off valve so the water would stop flowing in that moment. Then he came bright and early the next day with options and solutions.

This problem was solved the moment i decided to pick up the phone. His immediacy and skills saved me thousands of dollars. Not to mention, their service rates were extremely reasonable. Furthermore, he choose materials which are made to last, so it will be years, if not decades, until we will have this problem again.

I couldn't be happier after working with Americana Plumbing. They nailed it. From now on, they are going to be my first phone call. And if any friends or family are looking for someone good, reliable, affordable, fair, and professional, THIS is the number i'm going to give them. If i could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Excellent, excellent company.

I would highly recommend Americana plumbing. They have done a number of jobs for me including locating a gas leak and installing new gas valves, jetting and investigating a sewer line, digging out and repairing rain run off lines, unblocking a shower, installing a new water heater, fixing a misbehaving garbage disposal. No matter if the job is a head scratcher or routine they have tackled it with the same attention and professionalism in a timely manner. I couldn't recomend them more highly. Thankyou Americana!
