My 65 year old toilet that matched the tub was leaking onto the hardwood floor. My usual plumber would not tackle it, so I tried Americana. Wow. Gary is amazing! I sold a house for a client in LA and needed some work done - and quickly - for a sewer and to get a permit. These guys deserve 5-stars for their hard-working, honest, and fair pricing for same-day service today! Gary and his partner arrived on time (early actually) to begin at 9am. They did an awesome, thorough job hydro-jetting our sewer line, and even switched methods to clean the smaller, stubborn roots. They were happy to let me watch and learn what blockages they saw on the video scope.

They also snaked the kitchen cleanout and slow draining bathtub, per my request. They're also going to send me quotes that I requested for a new kitchen sink p-trap and water filtration/softener installation.

Both were courteous and super respectful. Thank you for your service, Gary and your partner.
