American Well & Pump

My well pump died and I had a pump person come to my house but the pump was stuck so he could not replace it. He called the owner of American Well and asked him to call me so that he can come to my house to work on the problem since I was without water. The owner called me that night and left a message but called from the office phone so when I called right back they were closed and I could not reach him. His message said he would call the next morning. Well he never did. I called his secretary and she said she will get the message to him right away and he will call me back. Two days later and he never called. I finally gave up on him and had to call a well company from New Hampshire. They were very professional and came to my house the next day and took care of my problem. I was without water for 5 days and American Well could care less. Lousy customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will tell everyone I know about how they treated me.

5 months been waiting Was told emergent wells first. 5 months ? Must be having a real good year !!!

This morning I woke up and discovered that I had no water. after about an hour Of troubleshooting I determine that the pump had failed after almost 10 years. I called a few contractors that said they could be out later this afternoon or tomorrow.

I then called Tom at American well and pump. He dispatch two of his best man, and they were there within the hour. He quickly set up and remove the pump and determine that it had failed due to sand and gravel.
They were so courteous and professional. We now have water in my house within the hour!!

The price was very reasonable.
I recommend them 100%!!!
