THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BUILD ON CUSTOMER MERRITT. Do yourself a favor and by pass this co-they came out and served my senior citizen parents boiler and told them if they have any problems to give them a call - the boiler stop working 2days later - my father called them at 9am the morning it stop and was told ok we will have the tech call - it was 5pm and no one showed up or called my son called back and at 6pm and was told in the most unprofessional way ""we are not coming back you're gonna have to get somebody else because the problem was before us "". so my son stated you told me/ us if there was an issue after you left to give you a call - the tech response "" I don't remember saying that "" . nevertheless it took for the customer to be waiting all day from 9am to 6pm 35 degrees to call you back only to be treated with an extreme unprofessional attitude, even if you were not able to come back out the issue should have been addressed with a call back within 1 hr from the time the call was received , CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 .
So if you want the experience of an UNPROFESSIONAL Co you're in luck , that's a guarantee with business.
