Non-responsive and unreliable. Voicemail always full and no return calls. If looking for a trust worthy company look elsewhere. I've spoken to owner several times, still have yet to confirm appointment.

They ""fix"" my appliance via my warranty company. I went on vacation a few days later, came back 3 weeks later and it wasn't working. Because of the vacation time away, I realized it wasn't working just a little over 30 days after it was ""fixed,"" I had to pay the warranty company another deductible to get my appliance really repaired. Would never use them again.

This company took four days to come to my home They are the contractor for American Home Shield . Two people showed up in a private vehicle. They had no parts for minor repairs. I thought they went to get supplies but after two hours no return. I called the phone number provided from AHS and the person that answered the call said I would need a return appointment. I told him to cancel and made a Complaint to AHS And they advise me that they had had problems with the same contractor at this point I've lost confidence with ASH I would highly recommend not using America Water Works for any Plummer needs

American Home Shield assigned my work request to American Water Works (garbage disposal wasn't working). Sean and his assistant were on time, friendly and professional. They diagnosed the issue right away and replaced the unit. I am satisfied with the quality of their work and their customer service. I would have no issue with using them again or recommending them to others.

I would not even give the ""plumber"" or home shield warranty company 1 star. They are scamming customers left and right. This guy John came to my house and said that he could not fix my sink because I did not have a p-trap. My claim was denied based on his diagnosis, but the truth is that, I DO have a p-trap. He came, did nothing, lied and got paid for it. On top of it all, he is super rude and unprofessional. The home warranty is useless as well.

This plumber is worthless. Did absolutely nothing. He was contracted from my home warranty company to replace a toilet. He shows up 2 hours late with a toilet and says he can't do the job because I have a ceramic tile floor. I was charged $75 for nothing.

My home warranty company, American Home Shield, dispatched this company for an urgent sewage problem on New Year's Day. He diagnosed the problem but advised ""he didn't have the equipment to properly fix it because it was stolen out of his truck"". His delivery is harsh, appeared he came out on new years day for extra. The one thing he did that was helpful, was refer me to another company that came out that day, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and recommended other remedies so as not for this to continue to happen. IF American Home Shield dispatches this company again, I will definitely protest!

American Home Shield assigned this company after I complained about the last plumber they assigned, whom would not return my phone calls. Sean called the same day his company was assigned. He showed up the next day. When I saw Sean he was in regular clothes (no business shirt) and I didn't see a business logo on his blue truck; which is fine I guess. He came in, looked at the water heater and listened to what I had to say was the problem. He turned on the pilot light said to call if it went out. I called an hour later bc it was out. Sean said he'd be by the next morning to replace the gas valve. He ended up coming by the next day in the afternoon instead. Switched the gas valve. Now the water heater works again. So overall, problem was fixed.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but you have to rate. And they did show up. If American Home Shield says you have to use them, tell AHS, to read the Yelp reviews. Our hot water heater was Mali functioning so we called AHS, they had this Asshole come out. Oh yes Asshole, I told him it was still leaking and he YELLED at me what difference does it make ? We're replacing the part. I only told him it was still leaking while his coworker had said it stopped. He doesn't even have a simple release valve with him. We'll wait and see if he comes back with the part.
