I'm really excited with my walk in tub. I got the widest and the longest, 35 3/8"" x 54 1/2"" x 39 3/4"". I checked out American Standard, Safe Step, Ella and Kohler, price ranges from $19,000 to $25,000. American Tubs will beat us any prices. Trust me!!!!! Patrick CHIRAPHISIT (sales) will work with you until you are satisfied, he's amazing. I wish all sale people are like him. the installation team are amazing too. Juan and Carmelo are very detailed oriented in what they touched and installed. It's pretty awesome. Marvin and his father, Andy (owners) are perfectionists. His father told me it had to be perfect, ""no Mickey Mouse job."" Too cute. This company is very customer oriented, it's not about the money (like most places) they want to make sure you are satisfied and happy. That is their motto!! I wanted to feel and touch the walk in tub before purchasing and American Tubs is the only show room that have various sizes to choose from. The location is local, clean and a lot of parking.
You will not regret investing in a walk in tub.... it will definitely bring your property value up.

I had cancer and was in the hospital and/or rehab for 10 months after chemo. Prior to my walk in tub I had a Jacuzzi tub with all the bells and whistle's.After I came home, I was too weak to get in or out of the tub. I decided the solution would be a walk-in tub. I contacted several companies listened to their pitch, got quotes and finally settled on American Tub. It was the best decision for me. Their sales representative, sales manager, office staff, and installers were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and patient. I had to completely reconfigure my bathroom, remove my Jacuzzi and reconstruct my shower. My bathroom is on the second floor of my house. This was neither a quick nor easy endeavor. American Tubs waited patiently for me to complete my remodel, then they installed my tub, made sure that it operated properly, instructed me on the use and care and made sure I was comfortable with the operation. T hey we're quick, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Best of all they clleaned up and left no mess. I LOVE THIS TUB AND USE IT EVERYDAY! If you are looking for a walk in tub call AMERICAN TUBS.

I've been looking to get a new tub for my mother for some time now and when I found American tubs. I was pleased to hear they had a showroom, and they do walk ins which is also pretty nice. They were super attentive and the customer service is great. I finally picked out a tub that would be perfect for my mother. So when they finally got into installing they were extremely professional, and they got it done in two days! Extremely pleased with the service and the product.

My husband is handclapped due to a stroke. The salesman should never have sold this tub to us for that reason. If he had taken the time to do some measuring, he would have realized this tub was not suitable for a handicapped person. Unfortunately there is not a show room to try one out.

The door is very narrow making it difficult for him to get in and out. A large person would not be able to use this tub

Also very difficult to clean. I have to get in, close the door, sit on bench to scrub sides and floor.

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be returned.

Our America1n Tub is outstanding all the jets and heat
Feels so good I have knee pain and a bad back and I feel
Like a new man after I use it . We were look at an outside spa but it was to hard to get in and out of
It's so nice to just walk in and sit down.
The installation was fast and professional.

I'm very pleased with how the walk-in tub was installed. The crew of Raul, Marvin & Henry did an awesome job over two days working as a team. It was professional and each person knew exactly what needed to be accomplished. The job site was set up in my garage and it was cleaned up each day. They arrived by 9:30 and left each day at 5:00.

I have so many good things to say about American Tubs, I don't know where to start. My mom and our entire family are thrilled with her new walk-in tub. We have had our tub for a few weeks, and it has truly improved the quality of life for my mother.
We decided to purchase a walk in tub because my mother was having a hard time stepping in and out of her tub. My brother and I were concerned with her safety, but needed a better solution than helping my mom get in and out of her tub. We met with a few companies, but American Tubs was by far the best in every way.
Most of the other salesmen we talked to seemed more interested in making a sale than finding out my mother's needs. With Mike and John it was the complete opposite, they actually cared. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable while explaining all the features that would benefit my mother the most. I could also say this about all the American Tubs staff we worked with. It almost felt like working with a family member the way they treated us.
The tub itself is absolutely amazing. We got a tub with massage jets, a heated seat, a neck pillow, and other therapy features. The relaxation my mom gets from the tub has given her more energy and happiness in her life. She now enjoys it when it is time to take a bath or shower because it's like visiting your own personal spa. My mom normally smiles a lot but now you can't catch her without a smile on her face, especially when she gets out of her tub. She can also bathe independently and take her time while cleaning herself when before this was difficult. The best part is she can do this SAFELY.
Knowing my mother is safe and happy has been a huge stress relief for my family and me. I want to thank American Tubs for making this possible. Their walk-in tub has truly changed my mom's way of life. My brother and I are really picky when it comes to who we work with and who we let around our mother. We are glad we found American Tubs. It feels great to be able to give a better quality of life to our mother since she has given my brother and I so much in life. Thank you, American Tubs.

The whole buying experience at American Tubs was great not like the expensive high pressure sales men that come to your house ! The installer I had was amazing tub was so large he actually installed it through a wall put it back together perfectly thanks American Tubs
