I was referred to American traditional plumbing by a neighbor and have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

I had a clogged up sink due to the fact that I have long hair and they were able to get me in the next day and completed the job very quickly. A few days later I noticed I had a small leak under the same sink. I called to discuss it with Marianne, and she sent her plumber's back out to my home to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the leak didn't show itself while they were here, but eventually was able to determine that the pop up had failed. Don the owner, came back to my place and replaced the part.

It was really an unknown if the leak was caused by the original fixing of the clog, but I very much appreciate the fact that they came right out to fix it and didn't charge me for anything other than the part. I will be using this plumber for all my future needs

I called American Tradition Plumbing in the evening after we realized we weren't getting any hot water. I spoke with MaryAnne(?), who was super nice and quickly got us an appointment.

Don came to our house, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and fairly priced. There was a small mixup about costs and he called me soon after to apologize and cleared it up quickly. I was super impressed and greatly appreciated his honesty. We will for sure call him when we need to replace the water heater in the future!

I called at 6:30 AM hoping to be ""first in line"" - Don called me back at 6:50 AM and said he would have someone at my house by 8 AM. John arrived at 7:50, investigated the problem, gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote -- by 8:30 AM I was back in business! John showed me the offending part, explained the repairs he would be making and how everything will work once he was done. I am so happy that I called American Tradition and will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Don was great. I had a slab leak and he came in to look at it and I decided to go with a full repiping job of my whole place. He quoted me a fair price on the spot, came in and did the work, did an excellent job and was diligent, pleasant and hardworking. He did all the extra little touches and even coordinated with my Drywall guy, You can't do better than Don and American Tradition.
