We've been blessed by this company twice. Last year our main water line broke...right before we left for vacation.

Who knew you could purchase main water line insurance for a meager amount of money.).

We got three bids. American Tradition had the best price, came that very day, worked very hard for the fastest repair, and even though they worked almost non-stop for several days, they were laughing, happy, and a pleasure to have around.

Just this week, unbeknownst to us, dishwasher hose broke, lots of damage. Again, They were the best price of three bids, the first available of the three, so we gave them two other repairs while they were here.

In the future, we won't bother getting any other bids! Thank you American Tradition!

I was referred to American traditional plumbing by a neighbor and have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

I had a clogged up sink due to the fact that I have long hair and they were able to get me in the next day and completed the job very quickly. A few days later I noticed I had a small leak under the same sink. I called to discuss it with Marianne, and she sent her plumber's back out to my home to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the leak didn't show itself while they were here, but eventually was able to determine that the pop up had failed. Don the owner, came back to my place and replaced the part.

It was really an unknown if the leak was caused by the original fixing of the clog, but I very much appreciate the fact that they came right out to fix it and didn't charge me for anything other than the part. I will be using this plumber for all my future needs

I called American Tradition Plumbing in the evening after we realized we weren't getting any hot water. I spoke with MaryAnne(?), who was super nice and quickly got us an appointment.

Don came to our house, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and fairly priced. There was a small mixup about costs and he called me soon after to apologize and cleared it up quickly. I was super impressed and greatly appreciated his honesty. We will for sure call him when we need to replace the water heater in the future!

I called at 6:30 AM hoping to be ""first in line"" - Don called me back at 6:50 AM and said he would have someone at my house by 8 AM. John arrived at 7:50, investigated the problem, gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote -- by 8:30 AM I was back in business!
