Called to have main sewage line rooted out after moving into new house. They came out same day. Very nice, very clean, very informative and thorough. Aaron was great. Explained a lot and showed us the camera view of the entire main sewage line. Recommend for sure!

I have used their service 3 times. They are prompt, have reasonable pricing, and offer clear explanations/description of work. Once I had another company give me quote. They gave me a big project description that included breaking up the floor and costing over 2k. I paid their trip charge and have these guys come the next day. They fixed the problem for under 200.

Highly recommend this company over the larger ones. I feel like I either got scammed or the other company had poor equipment to get rid of tree roots growing through the main line. Never will I call Roto rooters. Their hours might not be 24 hours but as the owner said to me it'll be worth the wait. And it was. Thanks for taking care of our root problem and your honest with work. We need more small family owned companies like you that know what you are doing and do a good job at honest fair rate.

We had a great experience with American Sewer! We had a backup late afternoon on a Saturday and they came and fixed our issue. It ended up that we needed all the roots cleaned out in our main line to the street and they were detailed and meticulous in making sure it got done correctly. Would recommend them and they will be our first call in the future!

I was so very impressed by Americans were they came out very quickly and assessed our problem and no upfront fee just for assessing that is a huge deal! They are very friendly prompt courteous professional and they also threw in a replacement P-trap on top of taking out two of our lines and we're fast and efficient I can't speak more highly of them. Their service and fees far outweigh any of the competition in fact, I don't believe the others are competition for these people. Great, small, family run business! I highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

These guys are amazing! We had a clog in our basement drain on a Saturday. and Donald came out at 11:00 am to unclog it. Unfortunately we couldn't find the drain clean out. Jonathan came out to help. Our drain was not cooperating and by 7:00 pm it looked like all was lost, but we found the drain. These two men refused to give up and came back Monday to finish the job. A total of 10 hours and they were done. Their prices are great and they were dedicated to our family. I highly recommend this company!

We called for blockage in my parents garbage disposal. (I didn't know that you should NEVER put uncooked carrots in the garbage disposal.) We tried to take care of this ourselves without success. We found American Sewer by their 5-Star rating on Yelp. We called late afternoon and Dave came out to my parents house the next morning on November 23rd. He snaked the kitchen drain. He also sealed a small leak we didn't even know we had. The job was done in less than an hour for $100.00. Dave was very professional and polite. My parents will definitely contact American Sewer again if needed. We highly recommend this company!
