I can't say thank you enough to Efrain of American Sewer & Drain. He came out today 12/31/2020 and fixed all 3 clogged toilets and a mess in the shower! It came up out of nowhere and we were at wits end. Efrain was calm, friendly and to say that our bill was reasonable is an understatement (we anticipated the worst). The problem started a few days ago and I wish I had just called Efrain immediately! So, if you have a plumbing issue, I urge you to call Efrain right away and save your self the dreaded thoughts. The work truck reads "" we drain your pipes not your pocketbook"". Completely true!!!

As far as I'm concerned. Efrain of American Sewer & Drain is one of the last honest & affordable plumbers and ...he came to my rescue after a previous plumber ( hewhoshallnotbenamed) charged me almost $800 NOT to fix the problem. I had somehow flushed my keys down the toilet and they were stuck in the waterline. Plumber #1 said he'd have to come back later and wanted another obscene amount of money to do work that didn't need to be done to get the keys...Efrain was at my home for less than 20 minutes when he diagnosed, found and handed me my keys, and he helped me with another little plumbing job I was doing myself with no hesitation. He was prompt, unfailingly courteous, and the reason I got half my money back from hewhoshallnotbenamed because he explained how it should have been done in the first place. I can't say enough good things about him...

I had a shower drain that was blocked. I have a snake that is about 20 feet long but I couldn't get it myself. Efrain came out right away and fixed the drain in a flash. Quick courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

So happy with Efrain's service. We were away on vacation, and were able to arrange for him to come early Sat morning when we returned. He was right on time, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed the issue! I will definitely recommend them and use their service if ever needed again!

Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs! We have had a bunch of plumbing issues over the last two months (clogged pipes, sewer line backing up into the house etc.). We made the mistake of calling the first company we could think of (roto rooter) thinking we needed some ""big"" company for a big job. The ""big"" company (roto rooter) charged us a ton for a 15 minute job and didn't fix the issue. Today we called Efrain at American Sewer and Drain and he was able to fit us in right away, fixed the problem, spent the time to explain what was going on and give us recommendations on prevention tips for the future. He had all the same equipment as the big corporations, but is very affordable and locally owned and operated. Highly recommend!

These guys are AWESOME! I called them late in the day and they still made sure we got taken care of so everyone could take a shower that night before bed...yay! And, LOVED the fact that they offered us options to help us save some cash and stayed true to their initial quote. Plus, they were friendly to be around...bonus! Definitely who we'll call each time.

We could not be happier, save for not having a problem with out kitchen sinks in the first place.
