A Serious problem with a toilet. first thing I did was call a plumber that we used on a regular basis they had no openings not for more than a week they suggested I call American Sewer Cleaners boy am I glad they did. answered on the second ring Made an appointment for one hour later on the same day I was pleasantly surprised and a little skeptical. However they showed up in 45 minutes repaired the toilet cleaned up the area and had a very pleasant experience I highly recommend this company.

I am THRILLED with my experience with American Sewer Cleaners. From the office to the dispatchers to my personal favorite, Josh, who was my service technician! I called for service and Josh was here within hours. He surveyed the pipes in my house and the source of my drain issue and promptly got underway. Within 30 minutes he had solved the problem and reattached my sink plumbing. The cost was very affordable and I highly recommend American Sewer Cleaners.

Called yesterday morning and a tech was at my home with 45 minutes to fix my drains in bathroom. I am so happy but not happy with the fact he broke a prong in my tub that holds the stopper so now it won't hold it in and keep it down but he never said a word. Terrible experience. First he tired to over charge us by 50 bucks. They came out on a Wednesday and this is how our drain looks 2 days later. Then told my 73 year old wheelchair bound mother to call them back on a Monday.

I had been having issues with my kitchen drain, my toilet, and my tub backing up, to the point where, after trying to make use of the bathroom, I found my tub full of stuff that shouldn't have been there. I called my property manager who then called American Sewer as that is who they contract through. Admittedly it took them a little bit to respond as this was a bit of an emergency and it was the weekend, but the operator at their dispatch explained to me that they only had two people working today, so it's understandable. Cameron came to my apartment to check everything out, and figured that a simple snaking of the outside lines leading out of the apartment complex were in order. He was very through and efficient, and wouldn't hesitate to use them when the time comes and I have a house of my own as opposed to an apartment. I now know however, that should I have more plumbing problems down the line, that my property managers have made a solid choice in American Sewer Cleaners.

We had a backed up kitchen drain. Called and they came out the same day. The technician was Ryan and he was very courteous and was careful moving his equipment through the house. The clog wasn't just under the sink. It was much farther down the pipe located in the basement. After trying to snake at 2 access points without success he then tried a third correcting the problem immediately. He spent the rest of his time cleaning up his mess. As you can imagine we were holding our breath waiting for him to present the bill total. We just knew it was gonna be outrageous. It was a whopping $115
Unbelievable. We were stunned. Ryan was knowledgeable and thorough and respectful to our home. I would and have recommended this company to everyone. They arrived same day, did the job, cleaned up and presented a fair price. What more can you ask for. Thank you so much. Your tech Ryan was awesome.

Worker did not wear a mask. After he cleaned drain out there was a small amount of roots on the floor and I asked him if that's all they got out and the only thing he said was you need to go flush the toilet three times. They had a five dollar coupon that was online which they refused to honor because I could not print it out.I could show it to them on my phone but I do not have a printer. Both the worker and the woman on the phone were rude. The woman on the phone hung up on me.I will never use them again.

Observed the mask and distancing for COVID. They were professional and arrived as they said they would. Other companies didn't call or show up at all. Thank you American Sewer very much for unclogging my drain line.

I have had repeat issues with a line in my house for the 5 years I've owned it. Every time they have come promptly and taken care of it. I recently asked for a camera to be used because the clog happened 4 times in 2 months. All of the visits after the first were were covered by their warranty. They came out today and the tech told me he didn't think I needed the camera, gave me advice about changes to my laundry hook up, and cleaned the line again. He could have easily taken the $200 from me for the camera. Highly recommend!
